  1. Red Flags on Gradebook/Rosters/Attendance/Seating chart

    If a student has a flag it should show up for the most important end user - the teacher! They are NOT spending their day clicking into demographics for every student. EVEN if its just an icon SHOWING they have a red flag. Especially useful when we have subs as well who wouldn't know about custody issues or an IEP or a medical issue. The data exists, we just need to use in a meaningful way.

    Primary Contact should be filled out by the parent at the time of enrollment. Please
    1. Add Primary Contact CON.PC to the Online Enrollment application for the parent to fill out
    OR
    2. Automatically set CON.PC to Y when a student is imported into Aeries from Online Enrollment, for the first Contact Record added to the Online Enrollment Application

  9. Enhance SBG Report Card Selection – Replace “ALL” Option with Grade‑Level Checkboxes

    Enhance the Standards Based Report Card printing options by removing the ALL button and replacing it with selectable grade‑level checkboxes. This would allow users to choose exactly which grade levels to print based on the layouts configured in Standards Based Options, instead of relying on the system to determine layout consistency.
    Using checkboxes would:
    Allow users to easily select all grade levels that share the same Standards Based layout.
    Prevent printing report cards for grade levels outside the school’s configured grade span.
    Avoid printing report cards for grades that contain no student data.
    Eliminate the risk of applying incorrect layouts…

  14. SBG Change the Radio Buttons on the Standard by Teacher Page to be Color-Coded

    When using the Standards Based Grade Input page and using Standard Based Progress Report Grading, color code the "Standards Based Grades" vs the "Progress" radio button. This will help teachers to select the correct option when entering grades and assist teachers

  18. Field Level access restriction for District Assets

    Add field-level permissions or allow certain users to access only one or part of the data in the District Assets Table. This would allow us to give access to add instruments for our music department and we would then be able to make sure they can not get access to Technology department. Without Field-level permissions, anyone with access has the keys to the kingdom.

    The CA School Dashboard just started reporting the ELPI again based on a new calculation.
