SELA Conflict Report - Exclude TK Students
Enhance the SELA Conflict Report to omit TK students, as they are no longer participating in the ELPAC test.
Workaround: Run a SKIP query first. Then, run the report.

Adjust the process of creating an ACT at the end of the school year based on what the Graduation Status Code is. Have the ACT Golden State Seal record only include the "Graduated, Standard HS Diploma" Students

New UI: Notification that Students are being skipped needs to be enhanced & stay visible
In the new Aeries Interface after running a Keep/Skip in query, the notice to remind people that Student Records are being skipped does not stand out like it should. It should be in a BRIGHT impossible to miss color. Also, the notice needs to be located in the header so it is visible on any page that the user navigates to.

Keep/Skip Query Notification Message
When a Keep/Skip Query is performed the notification message informing student records are being skipped only appears at the top of the page. Enhance the product so that the message is viewable when the user scrolls down the page in a color that stands out to the user.

Assertive Discipline - Add Incident ID to the selection list and dropdown
Show the Incident# on the Assertive Discipline selection list and dropdown so we don't have to open up each discipline record in order to find the incident# we are looking for. This would be helpful when auditing discipline data during Data Validations and CALPADS errors. Thank you.

The CA School Dashboard just started reporting the ELPI again based on a new calculation.

Dental Fields Update
Our nurses have requested that the fields on the Dental table be updated to match the form they have to submit to the CA State DPH. Right now, Aeries has fields for "Visible Fillings" and "Visible Cavities", but the form the nurses have to complete asks for "Untreated Decay (visible decay present)" and "Caries Experience (visible decay and/or fillings present)".

Analytics - Add an indicator to pull completion data from the data confirmation page
To be able to create a dashboard to show the percent of student that have completed the data confirmation- this helps when reviewing which school may require more help/support when trying to get a higher engagement for PDC

Allow for an assignment due date to be different for an individual student
Allow for an assignment to be designated with a different assignment due date for individual students.

Manually join tables in Aeries query
Have the ability to join tables in Aeries query - left, right, or joining the same table multiple times with an alias.

Attendance Letters - Change Default Letter Delivery Type
Suggest that Digital not be the first or default choice for the delivery type for attendance letters. If you mistakenly forget to change the type or are running a test and do not change it, the letter will be sent out. Putting Do Not Send as the default seems the safest choice.

Aeries Analytics - Process GTE and PGM Records for GATE Indicators
When Aeries Analytics is processing the Gifted and Talented (GATE) indicator(s) it should evaluate both GTE and PGM.CD = 127 records and include students with active records in either table.

Student Search by Grade Level
It would be nice to be able to search for students by grade level. Possible option add in the student search pop up box.
