Gradebook - Assignment Defaults
I would like the ability to set defaults when creating a new assignment. For example, I would like the date due to be the date on which I am creating the assignment (they are posted on Teams) the date assigned to be the previous day's date and scoring completed to be checked automatically.
Other teachers might appreciate the ability to always set the due date 2 days in the future or something like that.

Can a pop-up window be configured to show up when pre-enrollment is open and a parent chooses to enroll or pre-enroll their child? Is this correct?" and "You have selected to enroll your student for next school year. Is this correct?"

Standards Based Grades - Allow the use of a checkmark to be given as a grade
We would like to be able to use √, +, - for marks on the report card. Is there anyway to put a "√" as the actual grade in Standard Based Grades. I want the teachers to be able to use a √ in either a free entry box on the report card or make it one of their drop down choices to choose from. In the past, in our other SIS report cards, we had √, +, - as choices instead of a 1,2,3,4.

Academic Plan - Option to remove Summer
When students are entering into their academic plan, it would be nice to disable the summer column. Only a specific set of courses are offered in the summer and we only allow make up of credit deficient work, so we do not want students to add summer as a plan on their own. It is great as an option for counselors to fill in on the back end and to see what courses were taken in the summer.

Add Student name column in addition to ID number in DATA Validation Results
Addition of student names next to the Student ID number will assist in data management processing. Many schools assign duties based on Student Last Name and this would allow users to work straight from the Data Validation Screen for their subgroup of students. This is especially useful when reviewing Discipline records.

Create Medical Documents Page Which Can Be Secured
We would like a page in Aeries where nurses can upload documents like Medical Orders which can be kept highly secure. (Treated similarly to the Medical Notes (MNO) where maybe nurses can view and insert, but only the nurse admins can delete. Possibly even ways to limit the uploaded document to only be viewed by the user that uploaded the document and those with administrative access to the page.
The nurses are using outside systems to store medical documents, but it would be great to integrate their work within Aeries. This would allow nurses to share digital vetted information while…
