Discipline Letter - Is still looking for the Disposition Codes to print from ADS.DS in COD. Enhance to look at DSP.DS if code is not in ADS.DS

The Discipline Letters are still pulling the [Disposition] value from ADS.DS which is no longer used.
The Discipline Letter template has a "Disc Text 4" section that includes the various dispositions for the incident.
Having letters generate with blank Disposition descriptions makes the letter confusing to parents.
How can a feature that is part of the core functioning of the application go so long without being addressed?For reference - Support Ticket: 407926
