Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks - Adjust to Display only Secondary SBG Marks
Adjust the Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks to be based on standards rather than assignments.
Some feature enhancements would include:
- only allow teachers to enter the standard marks for the assignment grades
- only display standard grades to parents, not overall assignment ore overall gradebook grades

Online Enrollment - Pop-up Window for pre-enrollment
Can a pop-up window be configured to show up when pre-enrollment is open and a parent chooses to enroll or pre-enroll their child? The window would say something along the lines of "You have selected to enroll your student for the current school year. Is this correct?" and "You have selected to enroll your student for next school year. Is this correct?"

Create a process to allow for automation of positive academic achievement. For example, students are meeting/excelling in leadership, character building, school core values, etc.

Medical Care Plan Page
I would like to request a Care Plan Page for Medical that Teachers can see (similiar to a 504 plan screen) so that care plans can be entered and viewed by all even if the student has a schedule change or the teachers misplace the hard copy care plan given to them at the beginning of the year.

Discipline emails for Teachers
There are occasions that would be helpful if a teacher/staff were notified of discipline issues for specific students. Perhaps adding a field to enter a teacher/staff email address to notify them when the discipline has been entered. Thank you.

SMS Rejected Students - We would like there to be a KEEP so we can keep rejected students
When viewing rejected students on the SMS board, there should be an option to keep students so we can work on their schedules. It's not efficient to copy paste or write down their ID numbers.

Do not Copy SWR fields, EOY fields and Comp fields during "Create Pre-Enrolled students" process
During the "Create Pre-Enrolled Students" process, the system is copying over the entire STU record and this includes the fields on the Student Data 2 tab that are completely unnecessary (Please see attached screenshot). These fields are not needed for the Pre-Enrolled record and they are causing issues with the SENR ODS process if Pre-Enrolled records are not skipped in CalPads Extracts. These fields should not copy in the pre-enrolled record or in the rollover process as they offer no benefit in the new year database.

Staff ID to Auto populate for Discipline Table, Visitation Table, and the Intervention Table any table that is asking for staff user or Staff ID should just auto-populate when staff logs into Aeries.

ENR Table in Query
When running a query on the ENR table it only pulls enrollment history from the database you are currently in, limiting all enrollment history pulled to information users already have. If the ENR table could be used to pull all enrollment history regardless of which database you are in it would give much more helpful and robust data!

Military Survey Audit page and Query
Enhance the functionality of Aeries Query to align better when querying the ICL table to provide same results that the Military Survey Audit page displays. Currently results can differ as Aeries query looks to a different ICL field than the Military Survey Audit page

Red Flag Date incorrect
On occasion when reenrolling a student the Red Flags will show the date of enrollment with the User name - appearing like a new note.
This can be confusing because the original user may no longer work at the site. A best practice is to review all Red Flags at enrollment.7 votes -
Student Attendance Quick Print Report in Flex Daily Schools
In a Flex / daily schools the Quick Print report on the Student Attendance page displays 0 - Unassigned under the Enrollment Information Teacher column. Enhance to display Primary Teacher name.

Staff Assignment won't let you give an assignment at the District unless the District is the Primary School
When a staff member has a staff assignment at the district and their Primary School in Staff it pulls both records from the Primary School. The Staff Assignment won't let you put in the District School. In order for this to work for CALPADS reporting the District has to be the Primary School even when that is not the case.
