Sibling Match button on FRE page
It would be great to have the sibling match button on the FRE page so that once direct cert data is imported, staff can check to see that siblings are also marked correctly.

Assertive Discipline - Ability to Enter multiple dispositions without having to Save after each one
Currently the user has to click "Save" after each Administrative Decision (Dispositions) after entering a Violation. For instance if a student violated mask wearing and a warning and conference was performed, the user has to Add New Administrative Decision, enter Conference, click Save; Repeat the process to select Warning.
It would be more efficient if it was possible to enter multiple Administrative Decisions and click Save once to enter all the dispositions.

CALPADS Identifier import - Add a new report for new SSIDs imported
A summary report of new SSIDs with a date range and options for SWD=Y only etc. would be very useful.

Add Field with default data to Mass Add Medical Test Vision and Hearing
Add Default Data to Vision and Hearing Mass Add Medical Test Page:
1. Scrn field-add SL (Sloan)
2. Vision Appraisal-add #1 No Problem
3. Far - 20/ No Glasses Right Left--add "20" to boxes Right, Left, and Both under No Glasses
Hearing fields to be added to the Mass Add
1. Sweep Right Left-add "P" under sweep in both Right and Left box
2. Case Type- add No Problem
3. Right: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000-in box under 1000, 2000,and 4000 add "25"
4. Left: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000 -same as Right7 votes

There is a way to currently to do this with the Mass Add Student Related data functionality. You may need to discuss with your Aeries Administrator at your district as you may not have access to this functionality.

Please allow "Parent Data Confirmation" to be used to create a Dynamic Group for ParentSquare. Currently, my sites have to run the report to find students missing data confirmaton, capture the student IDs, then create a static list in ParentSquare.....Then repeat these steps another day....

Create a "Behavioral Snapshot" that incorporates DIS, ADS, INV and CNF all on one page
It would be really awesome if there was a "One Stop Shop" for all behavioral tables. This page would be a place where one can go and see all Discipline, Assertive Discipline, Intervention and Counseling notes/narrative for a particular student. This way, an admin or counselor can go to one page and see the whole picture for a student's behavior and all steps already taken.

Mobile App - Change the message that parents and students get when selecting Grades icon prior to Gradebooks being created
When a parent or student chooses the "Grades" icon on the Mobile App, prior to Gradebooks being created at the school, they get a message "Your school has not yet enabled access to this information". Can this message be modified to say "Your school has not yet enabled access to this information, or no gradebooks exist at this time", to help parents and school sites better understand the issue?

Is it possible to create an Aeries Mobile App Demo? We would like to show our parents how the mobile app works and how to sign in or create their accounts using the mobile app. Our parents require a lot of hands-on support and having an Aeries Mobile app demo would be wonderful.

Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests should include zero course requests
Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests do not print students with zero course requests when 1 is entered in the 'Less than' field. Please add an option to this report to include students with zero course requests. This will help with not having to also run the Student with No Course Requests report.

Standards Based Comments - Add a Word Count
Some teachers tend to write too much and don't know that comments will get cut off once printed. If there was a word count we could estimate a max and the teachers could fix before printing.

Allow us to add additional logos (such as WASC) on Transcripts
Another local school gave our principal a transcript that had a few logos (like WASC) and now she really wants this on our transcripts. This would be in addition to a district or school logo, and different than the existing watermark feature.

Adjust Online Enrollment File Size Limitation
When uploading documents in Online Enrollment, the file size limitation is 4 MB. Adding a customizable file size limit (up to a reasonable amount) would allow for larger files like pdf and certain scanned documents to be uploaded with more success.
Additionally add a message to the page to alert if file size is too large.7 votes -
Grades Report Mark Listing Report for Teachers
Teachers need access to a report that pulls their students' marks so they don't have to pull up each student individually. Teachers are working to have conversations with students about how they can pass for the year. In Texas you can fail the first semester but still get credit for the year if you first semester and second semester grades average out to a 70 or better. Please take off the Days with Truancies
We would love to have the Days with Truancies taken off of the Parent Portal. Parents are so confused by this and the word Truancy makes the parents think the student is in trouble. We are constantly fielding calls about this. It's information that the parent doesn't need to have.

Online enrollment- Add paperclip or other identifying feature that marks an enrollment as having documents attached
This would allow the people importing the records to know if all of the documents are attached rather than having to open every single record when it really isn't complete without the docs.

Security - User School Access - Freeze Row Header
Please make the User School Access page have the top row header frozen/sticky when you scroll down so you know which school to check as you are going down.
