Student Documents Required Fields
Could we please add the ability to make required fields in the DOC Table. We would like to start using Student Documents in association with the Parent portal but my not necessarily want parents to see all docs. If the DOC.TY is blank then parents automatically have access to the documents if they have read access to DOC. If staff members miss that on an uploaded Counseling document or something of that sort it could break the trust of the student and counselor when the parent sees it. If the related to field is set to something that the parent does not have view access to this is not a problem. Either that or make blank DOC.TY fields not viewable to parents that have read DOC access. We want to be able to upload IXL and other third party assessments to this and have parents see those but not necessarily everything else.
