Adjust Online Enrollment File Size Limitation
When uploading documents in Online Enrollment, the file size limitation is 4 MB. Adding a customizable file size limit (up to a reasonable amount) would allow for larger files like pdf and certain scanned documents to be uploaded with more success.
Additionally add a message to the page to alert if file size is too large.

This is still causing issues for us, parents that are trying to upload their files and can't because of the file limitation.

It would be great if administrators could change the file size limit for uploaded documents in Online Enrollment.
