Online Enrollment Import Page - Add a "Verified" field
A "verified" check box and/or comment field on Online Enrollment Import Page (before importing) would be useful to keep track of enrollments who have completed the document uploads and the enrollment information correctly and the student is ready to be imported to Aeries.

Counseling - Put the Copy button at the top of page
When students have many counseling records, it would be nice if the copy button was at the top so we don't have to scroll to the bottom to find it.

Query Letter Text Editor - Add ability for letter translations
In Query Letter Text Editor we are hoping that you could set up the letter like Attendance or Suspension letters, where you can add the translation letter to the English letter so that when they print a letter to all students in the school, they can have all of them in alphabetical order, regardless of whether they are English or Spanish. As of now, they have to run the English letter they created, then run the Spanish letter. Two separate letters.
In addition allow other languages and their writing systems to be used like Punjabi.9 votes -
Teacher Attendance - Allow teachers to sort their students by first name.
In Zoom, it list participants by first name (alphabetically) and not by last name. So, for ease of taking attendance, allow students to be sorted by first name, as well.

Online Enrollment - Add option to disable the Home Language Survey by Grade
Please make disabling the home language survey optional by grade. We don't want pre-school students answering those questions yet and having their inaccurate answers populating LAC.

Gradebook Assignments by Student report - Add Email to Student option
Currently the Print Gradebook Assignments by Student report can be emailed to parents and I would like to request that this report also have the option to Email Students.

Attendance Letter to Parents: honor CON.CL if printing to CON record who receives copy
When the Attendance Letter to Parents is printed to a contact, the letter prints in English. If a contact who receives a copy has a correspondence language (CON.CL) other than English and a letter exists for that language, the letter should print in that language.

CALPADS - School Selection by User instead of District-Wide
When you have an Aeries district with multiple CDS codes, there are multiple people running the CALPADS extracts. The "Save" button changes the default selection for everyone! Every time an extract is run it changes the default schools for everyone else, and our CALPADS administrator has to deal with errors when they accidently leave a school checked that isn't theirs in the first place.

Courses - College Articulations - Ability to Extend Active Years
We would like the ability to extend the active years for college credits in articulations. When do articulation agreements for a year a time. Rather than having to reenter all of the information new every year that we have an articulation agreement for a particular course it would be a huge time saver to be able to just change the ending year.

Data Confirmation - Honor Contact Linking
In Parent Data Confirmation, change Father and Mother work phones to say Parent 1 and Parent 2 phone. Not everyone has the traditional Father /Mother structure. If Contact Linking is enabled, use that data.

Data Confirmation - Allow Parents to Add Med History Without Update Existing
We don't want them to change prior med history entries but they cannot add new ones unless they have update. Is there anyway to only allow Read and Insert so they cannot update past med history. The Med History sections disappears from PDC when you only have Read, Insert.

Allow a co-teachers name to appear in View MST
Allow a co-teacher's name to display in "View MST" in the class schedule screen or on the Master Schedule Listing when sections are tagged with a teacher in TN2.
Also, is it possible to include in "View MST" in the class schedule screen the Ind. Study sections tag, again so the counselors can readily identify which sections are Ind. Study?9 votes -
Show the Permissions to Access a Report on the Report Screen
It would be great to know right away what permissions to assign a user to be able to print a report instead of having to go search the knowledgebase every time someone needs access to a new report. If you could possibly add a box to the bottom of each report page that shows the security permissions needed, it would be super helpful.

Online Enrollment - Upload Confirmation Upon Completion
We would like the parents to be able to upload their signed Data Confirmation form, but if they click "finish and submit" there is no option for them to go back and upload. If they log back in they are only able to view the final Data Confirmation form. Is there any way to keep the review tabs at the top available and then add a "log out" button at the end next to "finish and submit"? It could then make it possible for parents to go back and upload before logging out. Thanks!

Contacts - Have Fields Line Up With Each Other
Right now, CON LW (Lives with), ERH (Ed rights holder), and CD (code) display either directly under the contact name IF there's no address, or under the relationship IF there is an address. For consistency, it would be really nice to be able to scan down a page of contacts for information without having to read each line horizontally as well as vertically.

Medications - Add Inventory Information
We would like to add a system for documenting medication inventory at the schools.
At a minimum it should add the following fields to the medication screen: Doses Provided, Remaining Doses and Expiration Date.9 votes -
More Customization for Define Custom Tables
I would love the ability to add extra detail to custom table pages.
Being able to insert informational text boxes or fields from other tables (either forced read-only or with an option to) would be very useful.9 votes
