Notification
Create capability for notification. When a referral is generated notification is also generated. As admin, we go back into entry and enter our notes/interventions/actions, but this isn't known unless teacher goes back to the log. We would like the ability for automatic notification after going back in to add our notes/interventions/actions to the person that originally created the referral/entry.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. A queue showing discipline referrals sent from teacher discipline to admin active discipline.
A queue showing discipline referrals submitted by teachers to administrators and the progress that admins have made in the active discipline . Admins want to see what teachers have submitted without copying and pasting into active discipline. teachers want to see that the admins have processed the discipline- even if the details are not completely visible.

Grade Reporting - Calculate and Display a Yearly Cumulative GRD GPA
We would like to calculate and display a current year cumulative GPA:
on the GRD Report Cards,
in the Parent Portal,
and in a report for end of year awards.The yearly cumulative GRD GPA is needed to calculate end of year awards and to monitor students. There is also no way to print out a yearly cumulative GPA on the report card. Our Trimester 3 report card should be cumulative for the year and it's not. We have to print out 3 separate report cards with 3 separate GPAs to file in the cums.

Student Documents Required Fields
Could we please add the ability to make required fields in the DOC Table. We would like to start using Student Documents in association with the Parent portal but my not necessarily want parents to see all docs. If the DOC.TY is blank then parents automatically have access to the documents if they have read access to DOC. If staff members miss that on an uploaded Counseling document or something of that sort it could break the trust of the student and counselor when the parent sees it. Standard Based Report Cards Translation
When printing out Standard Based Report Cards in Spanish Primary Teacher and Director are not translated. Also “Language Fluency Information” translation is missing an accent mark “Informacion sobre la fluidez del lenguaje”

UC/CSU Eligibility Report- Grade Waiver "X" Not Calculating Correctly
It appears that in using the "X" grade on a transcript for validation purposes to meet A-G i.e. test out for world language where a student demonstrated proficiency of a world language by testing out. The UC/CSU eligibility report will not calculate this validation. It looks like the validation in the UC/CUS eligibility report is tied to credits earned. For instance, in the provided example (attachment) because credits are 0, it is still showing as student needing 20 credits of world langauge. Assertive Discipline-Allow to upload a picture to an incident
Add a way to upload a picture to a discipline incident. For example if there was a vandalism and we could take a picture of that vandalism and upload it to the discipline incident it is tied to.

Allow a Keep option for reports and on rosters
Include a KEEP query button for reports so we have the option to KEEP students that were on the report. This would be helpful for any report for a teacher roster, gradebook, or where there are certain conditions of selecting the students on the report (ex. Repeated courses).

Create a Gradebook Summary Exception Listing Report
In the Admin Portal, it would be extremely helpful if we had a Report similar to the Grade Report Exception Listing, but for the Gradebook Summary current mark. At the secondary level, our Counselors would like to easily run a list of students who are currently failing their classes and compare it to the grade they had on their last report card. So it would be very helpful if in the Gradebook Summary Report we could select the Grade Marks to narrow down the report to just the most current "F" grades.

Ed-Fi - Please include SQL in Ed-Fi mapping documentation
The Aeries Ed-Fi version 2x documentation included in the SQL which helped with diagnosing error messages and understanding the source of data being transmitted from Aeries to the ODS. The Aeries Ed-Fi version 3x documentation does not included in the SQL. Please add this information to the 3.x documentation
