Language Assessment - Add Change Button for Language Fields (STU)
The Language Assessment Page allows a user to change the student's Reporting Language and Language Fluency by simply choosing an option from the list. This makes it too easy to make accidental changes of Student's Reporting Language and Language Fluency.
In most other screens a user must enter change mode by pressing the Change button, and then commit the changes by clicking Update. The user is not prompted or warned that this will change the value.

Change the title of the "Language Information" page on Online Enrollment to be titled "Home Language Survey."

"Copy Students into Summer School" process should also copy the Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) from the summer school.
Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) in the Summer Schools in the existing live database do not copy to the new database as part of the "Copy Students into Summer School" process.

Keep the Completed Enrollment in the Parent Account After Importing Student
Once the office staff imports the student enrollment, it disappears from the Parent Online Enrollment Completed Enrollments section. We would like for parents to still be able to access or print their completed enrollment if necessary.

Student Groups in District to honor User School Permissions
Allow Student Groups created in the District to honor user school permissions. This will allow creating a district wide group assigning multiple users to that group without creating multiple groups.

Parent Data Confirmation - Parent ability to copy shared info between students
When parent is completing DATA CONFIRMATION they should have the option to copy all contacts, family info, and income to all their other students at the same time. Not have to do one at a time. So when they move on to the other child, they would only only need to finish stu info, insurance authorization. Saving lots of time for parents with multiple students

Course Searches
- Add search of Course Long Description rather than only Short Title and State Course Code.
- Add function of pressing Enter in search bar to open Course if only one course meets the search criteria. (similar to Student search)

High Quality CTE Course Indicator for virtual college courses
In the CALPADS EOY CRSC extract files, college courses (Course Level = 23 or 24) that are assigned a CTE state course code (7000-8999) require a high Quality CTE Course Indicator. The 9.36 field should populate with a Y to indicate the course and teacher meet the High Quality CTE Course qualifications when the college CTE course is virtualized and no section or section school is assigned.

Pull ENR from another database
When Combine Student Records process is used and the IDN record is delete tagged. Pull ENR from another database is removing that delete tag to Pull ENR from another database.
Workaround: Delete tag IDN record in SQL.

Medical - Food Allergies
Create a section next to medical problems where staff can enter the students food allergies. This will help the kitchen staff quickly identify students with food allergies.

Flex SMS Board - Warn when moving sections to different period that Class Calendar needs updating
When moving sections on the Flex SMS Board please either change the Class Calendar to match the new period or warn the users that the Class Calendar also needs to be updated.

Parent Data Confirmation for the Residence Survey for CDE 2021 Guidelines translate for Spanish for Unaccompanied Youth section and Your Child or Children's rights. When you log in using the Lanuguae Spanish it still displays in English. The questions are shown in Spanish but the rest are still in English

The additional section, Unaccompanied Youth, should not display when the parent selects the “Living in a single-home residence that is permanent” because this selection does not equate to Homelessness.

Expand Student Name on transcript report.
Transcript Student full Name needs to be expanded when printing transcripts. We have students with very long names and this is causing the name to display very small, making illegible. Currently the expansion of student name is only available if you exclude the Perm ID or Birthdate.

Analytics - Add an indicator to pull completion data from the data confirmation page
To be able to create a dashboard to show the percent of student that have completed the data confirmation- this helps when reviewing which school may require more help/support when trying to get a higher engagement for PDC

Algebra 1 Requirement Met - Nightly Process
This field "Algebra 1 Requirement Met" is only accurate after running several reports. Students are meeting the requirement mid quarter individually through credit recovery making scheduling for summer school a challenge as well as scheduling for next year difficult. I'd like those reports to run automatically nightly so the next day is accurate.
