District Assets unified check in for both teachers and students
Can you implement just One check in for both Staff & Student. This will eliminate errors on textbooks when we are unable to determine if it is student and staff.

Can we make our Queries lists personal?
Right now if anyone on my campus creates a query it shows up on my list. Queries created by the nurse are of no use to me and vice versa. Having her queries on my list takes up space and makes the process of finding my queries longer.
Another way of doing this could be to add additional filtering options to filter for the current user, or favorite queries.

Integration for TOPSpro
We have to report to CASAS the hours of attendance for Adult Ed. Would like to request that an import process be available to import the Adult Ed Attendance from Aeries into the TOPSpro program.

Create a master schedule error report, or create a default data validation to identify sections that do not have a primary teacher associated with them.

Add a way to distinguish pre-enrolled students for next school year
We are thinking of a way to distinguish which pre-enroll students are for the current year and which are for the next school year. I know we can add a color border for all pre-enrolled but if we can do separate colors for the different years.

Print ID Cards - add the ability to add suicide hotline and crisis numbers in accordance with a new state law.

Bell Scheduler page should display flex period bell schedules
The Bell Scheduler page used to display the bell schedule for the day a schedule was assigned to. Now that we're using flex scheduling, there is NO way I can see to actually see the entire bell schedule for any given bell schedule.
The Bell Scheduler page lists the schedules and lists all flex periods, and allows you to assign a schedule to a day, but doesn't let you see what the schedule is that you're assigning. Showing all flex periods available gives us a bottom left corner total instructional time of 1557 minutes because of overlaps.

Change field in CCGI Extract for A-G match
Currently the extract takes CRS.E1 which is the CSU a-g subject area. Because there are some courses that count for different subject areas for the CSUs and UCs (such as Earth Science), please consider extracting field CRS.U1 instead. We want to keep the different subject areas for those classes because it affects the College Entrance Req and Academic Plan screens.

We need a Special Ed ODS reconciliation
Now that Special Ed is reported directly to CALPADS from our Special ed reporting system it would be helpful to be able to import back to Aeries FROM CALPADS using the Special Ed ODS download and have that populate/update the CSE file.

Schedule All Students Options for Ethnicity, Gender, and Class Size
We would like to build ethnic balancing. Besides class size, and gender, we would like to have ethnic balancing based on demographic data. This would be an option along with the other two (class size and gender) in which a school could select which options were enabled and in what priority to use them.

Parent Contacts - ParentSquare
We have families turning on notifications for other emergency contacts ( example neighbors ).
It would be amazing if the emergency contact could get access to either accept the record, update their unique record, or remove their unique notification preference for the student not in their family.
Maybe a work flow to send an email to the contact saying: "You have been added to as an emergency contact for "John Smith" at "Eagle High School" . If this is an error, please click here to remove your record ( one-time link that expires after ~7 days ).

Query Letter Text Editor - Add ability for letter translations
In Query Letter Text Editor we are hoping that you could set up the letter like Attendance or Suspension letters, where you can add the translation letter to the English letter so that when they print a letter to all students in the school, they can have all of them in alphabetical order, regardless of whether they are English or Spanish. As of now, they have to run the English letter they created, then run the Spanish letter. Two separate letters.
In addition allow other languages and their writing systems to be used like Punjabi.8 votes -
Attendance Management for Elementary Schools - Display Teacher Name
It would be very helpful to be able to see the teacher's names when in Attendance Management in an Elementary school.
