Online Enrollment - Enroll Student Outside District (Inter-district transfers / permits)
Allow students to be enrolled using Online Enrollment without going through a street validation method.

This would be helpful as we have families from out of out district trying to enroll.

This is specific to district using the street address management for auditing addresses.
For students from outside the district, instead of using the school's address or creating a new location for out of district students. Can an additional field be used to indicate the parent knows they are out of district?
