  1. Electronic Report Cards - Add an Opt-Out Option

    In the same vein as the idea submitted for emailing grade report notifications, we would like to allow parents to opt-out of receiving paper report cards.

    We would like Online Enrollment, Parent Data Confirmation and the Portal to include an 'Opt-out of mailed grade reports' button. Parents should have an easy way to opt-in or out as needed while allowing the district to save postage, forms, toner, and man-hour costs to distribute report cards to parents who don't need or want them.

    Then, have the grade reporting process include one function to post report cards to all students' portal accounts…

  2. It would be great for school sites to have the ability to have the site letterhead added in the attendance letters.

    I think it would be great to have the option to upload letterhead into the attendance letters. I feel that this would look more professional when families receive the attendance letter.

  8. Allow Transcripts to be printed by teacher and sorted by period

    Please add an option to Print transcripts by Teacher and sorted by period in the student transcripts report. This is so we can print all students in all periods (P. 1-6 in order) for one teacher (not all teachers).

  9. Suspension Letter: add IEP and 504 plan information to header

    Current Aeries suspension letter format does not have information indicating whether a student has an IEP or 504 plan. It would be helpful to have this information as a part of the letter's header along with other existing student information such as DOB, grade, and etc.

  10. Sections attendance consolidated into 1 button to click

    I was told that with Flex Schools, "when multiple sections exist for each teacher and period, the "Attendance to be Taken (Marked as Complete) by Section" setting needs to be enabled so that each section is marked correctly in the CAS table since the attendance log (CAS) is stored by Section number."

    This means for Flex Scheduling any teacher that has multiple sections will have to press the submit button multiple times.

    We were wondering if this could be consolidated into 1 button

  11. Student Programs report: add FOF (504) and GTE (GATE) to the report

    The Student Programs report only includes PGM records. If the FOF (504) and GTE (GATE) and any other non-PGM records for student programs were included, it would improve the usefulness and completeness of the report.

    Add 2 Fields (RM and Total Number of students per section)
    Add a toggle to only view Active sections. Currently you see ALL sections regardless whether it's active or inactive.

    Find a better way to automatically associate an alternate course request to a specific course w/ out having to add one at a time to a student's Course requests.

  15. Alternate Course Requests - Allow adding multiple courses

    As as an Admin user I'd like to see the ability to add several alternate course request just as it is for regular requests. Having to add one at a time is too time consuming so hoping this might be an easy fix.

    Attendance Reports:

    1. Daily Enrollment by Month (CSR)
    2. Monthly Attendance Summary

    Report options needed (would be great for all attendance reports):

    1) Add option to skip Pre-school students
    2) Have reports honor KEEP and SKIPS.

  20. Street Address Management should allow mass updating of NRS field

    I have a middle school site (SMS) who has many 8th graders that will feed into two different High schools. The Next school field is not populated correctly for over 400 of her 8th grade students. I would like to mass populate it to show the correct high school (546 or 556) where the student's record should roll into based on the student's current address. Also ability to mass populate school of residence.
