Create a Classroom Accommodation page for 504s - IEP - EL - Health plan
It would be nice to have one page that all classroom accommodations were listed for students not a separate one for 504's and then nothing for classroom accommodations for IEPs, English Language Learners, or students with health plans. That way if on the attendance sheet there was a 504/IEP/EL student the teachers would only need to go to one page to see the any class accommodations.
It would be even better if this linked to a popup with the accommodations for a student on the attendance page. This would allow teachers to not have to leave the attendance page to…

Section Period Blocks in Flex Scheduling
Traditional scheduling has the Block field where you can specify a section meets across multiple periods. Yes in Flex you can create a period that spans the time frame of the class but that only gives you one opportunity to take attendance for that class, just once for that Flex period.
In our summer school they offer for credit classes that run all day and a student will only take one class. (This will show on their transcript) But the day is broken up with breaks where the students go outside, use the restroom, eat a snack, ect. The staff…

Can we have a way of identifying the CSE.SWD field that gets downloaded from CALPADS in the SSID extract?
Our district gets many permitted students with IEPs from other districts, but the parents do not inform us about this. I would like a way to know how many CSE records were updated with this indicator in a report or email when the SSID update from CALPADS is run

Create better logic for scheduling students with empty periods
Some of our students (especially seniors) are not taking a full load of classes. We have used placeholder courses (Unscheduled) as they must have a class in each period - however in the SMS board and scheduling process - those courses are being seen as any other course and getting placed in the middle of the day.
I'd like to see a placeholder that the Avoid Gaps in Schedule box will recognize and follow and be able to have a better logic system in terms of only allowing those at the start or end of their regularly scheduled courses.

Co-Teacher identification in different screens
Students can view co-teachers (TCH#2) on the classes and grades screen, but not on the profile, gradebook summary, or printed report cards. Teachers, parents, and students are asking for these screens to be update to view the second teacher (TCH#2).

Remove Classes from past terms from the EDIT screen on the Classes page
Classes that have ended, have had grades submitted, and their term is no longer current should not be displayed when editing a student's current or future classes in the Classes page. This clutters the Edit screen with classes that shouldn't be edited because their CAR records will be affected.

Class Roster Reports-Show Teacher Last & First Name
In Flex Scheduling Setup sites, on the Class Roster Reports, please show the teacher's last name and first name, instead of only last name and Staff ID number, in order to make finding the proper teacher's rosters more efficient. We have teachers with the same last name and it makes it more difficult to find their roster, as we have to first look up their staff ID number.

It would be helpful to see the letter grade earned by the student for the courses they have completed.

Add Edit to Academic Plan
Add the edit feature to the courses added in academic plan. At the moment we only have the delete button which requires us to delete and then add a course, if we had the edit button we would save so much time.

Delete Supplemental Attendance Data When Student Deleted From Session
When a student is deleted from supplemental attendance (ATA), give an option to also delete all of the dates they attended (ATD). As of now the tables do not have that relationship.

Sort MST Board & Flex SMS Board & Classes page headers by the flex period # instead of flex period time
Can we add an option to sort the display of the MST board & Flex SMS Board and Classes page by the flex period # instead of the flex period time? My sites are used to seeing the display by period#, and the display by time confuses them, especially when they have paired the periods i.e. 1 & 4, 2 & 5, 3 & 6 have the same start and end times, and 1,2,3 are on A-Day and 4,5,6 are on B-Day.

Independent study - adding the ability to attach the work product to the work flow records
Uploading the work product to the associated work flow record will help during the yearly audits. This would also reduce the massive list of docs in the student documents in Aeries.

CRDC - Make Multi-Part Identifier Error more friendly/Change to warning
CRDC The multi-part identifier "STU2.ID" could not be bound. Make the error more user friendly to identify the issue. Or get rid of the error all together and make it a warning when there is no data to report.

Print all red flags on Student Emergency Card
Is there a way for a red flag to print on the Student Emergency Card Report? Not just students with a red flag on contacts, but any student with a red flag.

Allow Transcripts to be printed by teacher and sorted by period
Please add an option to Print transcripts by Teacher and sorted by period in the student transcripts report. This is so we can print all students in all periods (P. 1-6 in order) for one teacher (not all teachers).
