Student Programs report: add FOF (504) and GTE (GATE) to the report
The Student Programs report only includes PGM records. If the FOF (504) and GTE (GATE) and any other non-PGM records for student programs were included, it would improve the usefulness and completeness of the report.

Update layout/fields of the Absence Verification Worksheet
In PowerSchool, we had a report called the Absentee Report. It is similar to the Absence Verification Worksheet but with more fields. These additional fields are very useful when using this worksheet as a tool to verify absences. Here are my ideas:
Remove the Parent/Guardian signature (is this really used considering this is a secretary tool?)
Add a "Talked to" line
Add a "Relationship" line
Add a "Verify Date:" line

Allow Dynamic Groups to be Dynamic by 2+ Factors that talk to one another
For example, I would love to be able to provide a dynamic student group that is narrowed by Counselor and any students assigned to that Counselor who are in the Independent Study program. This way, anytime a student leaves the program, they will be removed from the group, but the group will always be limited to students assigned to that individual Counselor.

Data Confirmation Authorizations Receipt Email
Our district would like to see in the Data Confirmation Receipt email that the parents receive to list what Authorizations the Parent either Allowed or Denied.

Query - Add Value Functions. (Quick example: Today)
Add value functions where the value would be retrieved at run time. A simple example would be LIST STU ID NM ED LD IF ED <= @@Today AND ( LD = NULL OR LD >= @@Today ) This would make queries a much more viable option for disseminating information in a school district with too many people to train on the intricacies of Query.

Create a data validation definition when an Assertive Discipline code contains any of the "Bully/Harass*" codes and is missing a victim or witness.

Attendance Percent by Period Report
We are seeking a report to identify attendance percent by period. This would be useful to have the ability to utilize for all students/teachers/groups. Currently, we can pull absences by period, however determining present percent based on dates of class meeting and so many schedules is not something that someone not versed in SQL can easily access.

Street Address Management should allow mass updating of NRS field
I have a middle school site (SMS) who has many 8th graders that will feed into two different High schools. The Next school field is not populated correctly for over 400 of her 8th grade students. I would like to mass populate it to show the correct high school (546 or 556) where the student's record should roll into based on the student's current address. Also ability to mass populate school of residence.

Online Enrollment - All Government Codes Need to Have a Spanish Translation
All government codes need to have a Spanish translation for Online Enrollment importing and Data Confirmation. For example, Language codes, gender, race/ethnicity codes, relationship codes etc., agree box text and labels for Birth State and Birth Country.

Import Data to STU table-match by SSID
Hi, in Aeries CS there was an option to import data to Aeries by matching on the state ID number. Can you please add this feature to the web form? We are a high school district and get data from feeder districts, so those students only have a state ID. If you could also add the option of matching by first name, last name, and birthday (like in the test import template) that would be great. But at least adding the state ID option would be very helpful. From PR 23276

Career Pathway Management - Need Sub-Pathway Codes
For CTE pathways such as 111 - Design, Visual, and Media Arts, there are 4 different sub pathways that schools can have. But in the setup there is only code 111 not 111A, 111B, … So I can only setup one of my pathways at a time. Then I have to delete it and put in the courses for the next pathway, process the students, repeat... It would be nice if the sub-pathway codes were available for use so that they could all be setup at the same time and did not require me to re-set them up every year.…

CALPADS - Extract Only School-Level Staff for SDEM/SASS for Charter Schools
Our charter schools are part of our primary Aeries database for various operational reasons, and our district is responsible for reporting their data to CALPADS. However, they have to be reported separately to CALPADS for special education reasons, so we have to run separate extracts for them.
Currently, when a user extracts SDEM and SASS files for any set of schools, district office records are included, under the assumption that the district-level records will be relevant. However, when uploading for a charter school, the district-level records aren't relevant, and the files are rejected by CALPADS. As a workaround, every time…
