Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 7/21/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Security > API Security: Aeries now provides an API endpoint that returns Medical Insurance Info (MII) records for a school or an individual student, so third-party systems can retrieve this data. Access requires the Medical Insurance Info Read permission to be granted on the API Security page. See Aeries API - Student-related end points for details.

We are also knee deep in county-wide CYBHI implementation, for multiple districts. We need access to Insurance Information through the API.

We are Amador County Office of Education/Unified School District and part of Cohort 3 for the CYBHI initiative. The ability for API with Health Insurance Information from Aeries to our EHR is imperative to 2026/2027 data collection. Is there any time frame from this?

We are an LEA that participates in CYBHI. We need this data field included in the Aeries API to share with contracted third-party vendors.

Several LEAs are participation in CYBHI which requires the medical insurance information to submit claims. When can the LEA orgs expect the medical insurance to be included in the API for sharing with the contracted 3rd party vendors?
