On the School Name dropdown when in Aeries and also when logging into Aeries, can the sort be by School number instead of alpha
I would like the option to choose how the school dropdown list sorts. It currently sorts alpha by school name and I would love the option to change it to sort by school number instead.

Adjust the Student Counts Reports for new SocioEcon Disadvantaged Status based on Contacts page Parent Ed Level (CON.ELV)
Adjust the Student Counts (Census Day) Reports to align with the new CALPADS guidelines for calculating Socioeconomically Disadvantaged Status. This calculation should now be based on the Parent Education Level (CON.ELV) from the Contacts page, instead of using the Parent Education Level (STU.PED) from the Student Demographics.

Add Next Re-evaluation date to 504 Plan page
Please add the following in order to remain in compliance with CDE and Office of Civil Rights. On the 504 Plan page, we need to have a field added between "Next Review Date" and "Meeting Date" that reads: Next Re-evaluation Date (insert calendar). This will allow sites to hold their annual reviews while also keeping track of their 3 year cycles of reevaluations that are required.

Online Enrollment Email to Staff: Add School and School Year
Our staff would like to have the school year added to the online enrollment notification emails they receive. The email currently only lists name and grade level, and now that we are accepting pre-enrollments, the sites want to know if the enrollment is for the current year or the next year so they can priortize them correctly.

Create a Classroom Accommodation page for 504s - IEP - EL - Health plan
It would be nice to have one page that all classroom accommodations were listed for students not a separate one for 504's and then nothing for classroom accommodations for IEPs, English Language Learners, or students with health plans. That way if on the attendance sheet there was a 504/IEP/EL student the teachers would only need to go to one page to see the any class accommodations.
It would be even better if this linked to a popup with the accommodations for a student on the attendance page. This would allow teachers to not have to leave the attendance page to…

Can we have a way of identifying the CSE.SWD field that gets downloaded from CALPADS in the SSID extract?
Our district gets many permitted students with IEPs from other districts, but the parents do not inform us about this. I would like a way to know how many CSE records were updated with this indicator in a report or email when the SSID update from CALPADS is run

Create better logic for scheduling students with empty periods
Some of our students (especially seniors) are not taking a full load of classes. We have used placeholder courses (Unscheduled) as they must have a class in each period - however in the SMS board and scheduling process - those courses are being seen as any other course and getting placed in the middle of the day.
I'd like to see a placeholder that the Avoid Gaps in Schedule box will recognize and follow and be able to have a better logic system in terms of only allowing those at the start or end of their regularly scheduled courses.

Co-Teacher identification in different screens
Students can view co-teachers (TCH#2) on the classes and grades screen, but not on the profile, gradebook summary, or printed report cards. Teachers, parents, and students are asking for these screens to be update to view the second teacher (TCH#2).

Remove Classes from past terms from the EDIT screen on the Classes page
Classes that have ended, have had grades submitted, and their term is no longer current should not be displayed when editing a student's current or future classes in the Classes page. This clutters the Edit screen with classes that shouldn't be edited because their CAR records will be affected.

Allow the emergency card to be customizable and add different fields from other forms, including custom made forms.
