  2. Foster Survey Audit - Limit to eligible students

    The foster survey audit is listing both eligible and non-eligible students which creates an issue for the school sites trying to reject hundreds of records that will not need a special program record. It would be great if the non-eligible records did not display in the foster survey audit, just like the residency and military audits that only display eligible students.

    This request is planned to be implemented. However, due to other pressing priorities, we are unable to provide an ETA at this time. As soon as we are able to get it scheduled, we will update the status so that everyone knows that development has started. Thank you for your understanding.

  5. Interventions - Display to Parent

    Interventions page currently defaults on for display to parent. Would like an option to select to not show option on page or an option to default this as off.

    Enhance the Ineligibility Listing to have the same functionality that the Client had. Allow a customer to save a list of students who were ineligible for sports/privileges, etc., based on separate criteria. (I.E: two "D" grades; at least one U in Citizenship; then a (GPA < 2.3) and end up with a combined list of ineligible students.

  12. Flex-Print students with N or more absences report options. Add total period absences/wide back

    Would like to have the option to print wide when using the print students with N or more absences report. This report shows all periods and days. It also has a place to put comments if I want to print the sheet and give it to someone to help make calls. With that option gone, after one week, a student will take a full page.

    Please add the functionality to schedule Calculate Graduation Status and Calculate College Entrance Requirements for school(s). It would be nice to have a config page where you can specify the schools you want to run this mass calculate function and you can set it up during the off hours.

  19. Add Other Immunizations to the Immunization Record Report

    Currently, "Other" immunizations are not included on the Immunizations report (print button on Immunizations page). This would be helpful so that when records are sent to another school, the full history of immunizations can be included. Please add Other Immunizations to the Immunization Record Report
