Gradebook Progress by Student Report - Add an "Email to Parents" option
Add an "Email to Parents" function button to the Progress by Student report that includes the same options as the Gradebook Assignments by Student report.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 09/30/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Gradebook > Reports > Standards Progress by Student: The Report Options page now provides an Email to Parents option allowing the teacher to send the report to a parent via email according to parent settings on the Contacts page. A record of each report sent is logged in the Email (EML) table. See Gradebook Standards Progress by Student Report.

Jumping on this idea again. Has there been anything added to Aeries that allow this? I get this request from teachers a lot!

Teachers would like to email out progress reports by students. So teacher don't have to hand them out.

I see that this request is at least four years old. In light of our current learning environment due to COVID-19 this report would be very beneficial for teachers to be able to email parents if/when a student is struggling. Thank you for your consideration.

I would like to request that a report be added for teacher access on their reports for Progress Reports that will print all gradebooks associated with a student on one page, where teachers will have the ability to email parents directly from that report, similar to how the report is set up for the Gradebook Assignments by Student Report.

Teacher requested that she be able to email progress reports by students to parents as she can on the student assignment report.
