Hello,
This is still of high importance.
Being able to not include inactive or pre-enrolled students when our sites are printing letters would help out a lot. Especially during our transfer season, when student transfers are approved, they become pre-enrolled into their next school. These pre-enrolled students are showing on the sites' attendance letters, causing more letters to be printed than needed. -

What is the update on this? Letters are being created for students who were no shows or inactive in the school. It's a waste of time, paper etc when schools are already low on staff and money.

It is very important to us. with so much movement and 44 schools, it is printing letters in schools where students moved out of or left the district month of.

Hello,
This is still an important issue for us. Each time we run district attendance letters, we run into issues with staff from previous schools who remove letters for students who are no longer at their sites. This is of high importance to our district to have a fix for this.

This is an important feature for us to have updated. We have lots of movement of studetns between our district schools and inactive students showing on the letter preview is bvery difficult for our administrators.
