Please add an Attendance Notes report to Teacher portal so that the teacher can print attendance notes for their class for a week (or a time period they select).

Teacher attendance by month dropdown for Alternate Ed Schools
Please add a dropdown option with the complete/incomplete options in the monthly attendance for the alt ed schools. The way that it is now, it is not user friendly due to the way that that type of school see's its students and does it's accounting.

TREx Export – PersonalGradPlan
Personal Grad Plan field will be added to the TREx Student Record. The same logic will be used as for PEIMS to determine if the student has a Personal Grad Plan, or whether to use LSI.

Center the View MST Button on the Classes Edit View
With the ability to create multiple periods in Flex, the View MST button is on the far right and requires scrolling if there are lots of periods. Please consider moving it to the center.

Display the Primary Teacher for Inactive Students when school year ends
Display the most recent Primary Teacher in the Primary Teacher(s) field on the Student Demographics screen when a student is inactivated and no longer has classes and the School year has ended.

Please add the ability to filter the birthday list. Currently when you print it, it prints for all students in the school.

Students With Unverified Absences Report
Can you please please please add the correspondence language to this report? Even if it's just a column with the 00 or 01 (English or Spanish) as I know there's a lot already on it. However, I would LOVE it if I can just use that report when I call for absences so I know what language to use depending on who I'm calling instead of having to stop and look on the computer before every single call.

Please add a way for teachers to label student demographics such as EL, SWD, SED, etc on the seating chart and then be able to share that with the administration.

Oneroster v1.1 configuration needs more detailed settings.
The OneRoster v1.1 configuration needs more granular controls for which information is sent in the OneRoster zip file. The API interface has multiple options on data to share while the OneRoster v1.1 Configuration. Either similar options to the API permissions should be included or the SFTP push option should be integrated as an option in the API configuration.

Add a "pending enrollment" status that does not generate an error message
Our centralized enrollment team wants to be able to track our new enrollments in Aeries that are still pending as they wait for required enrollment items, such as, Proof of Residency, residency verification, etc. Our LEA decided to add this option to the dropdown in the STU.TG (record status field), with the code of “P” and the descriptor of "Pending DSC Approval". do not report language fluency status
In Other Options in CALAPDS Extracts can we have a table or dropdown where we can select what Language Fluency (STU.LF) code(s) not to report to CALPADS? For example, we have a 'Waiting on **' code for students who are new to our district but not new to CA. This allows our ELPAC team to know they do not need to be Initially ELPAC tested and we are waiting to confirm ELAS. Remove the N/A's that clutter the screen when information is hidden from the users
Just wanted to share a random thought about something I encountered yesterday. The screen below is from the parent portal. My understanding of N/A is "not applicable" which usually means "doesn't apply to me". When we build reporting or screens for a user, we leave areas blank if they are not allowed to see it....or don't show the field at all. On this screen, it seems like it is being used to indicate fields that the user is not able to see. A user has to look past/through all of the N/A's to find the relevant information. It would be…

"Updating Student Preferred Names Without Parental Portal Visibility"
We are receiving requests from students who want their names updated without the parent's authorization. We would like to have it where we update their name with the preferred name field but not have that show on the parent portal. How do we do that?

Ability to link a contact's email address from the Contact screen and have it show up on the Demographics screen..
We have the ability to link a contact's phone number so that it shows up on the Demographics screen but not the email address of the main contact. We've had many requests from our schools to show the email addess on Demographics. The only way to show it is to populate the STU.PEM field which has the potential to be constantly out of date if not updated both in the Contacts and Student tables.

Free and Reduced Survey Details
In a recent Free and Reduce data audit, our auditors strongly suggested that in addition to the Free and Reduced record generated by the income survey, that the actual dollar amounts/brackets that the parent entered wAould be displayed as well. They mentioned that it would also be handy to have a page somewhere in Aeries that shows the current income guidelines that are in use in the backend. This way, it's a bit more transparent about what's going on in the code.

Summons Call Slip Classes Print Order for Flex
Summons Call Slip Report - In Flex schools it is printing Classes in Term order. Enhance to print in period order like non Flex does.
