Correct syncing between Auto Notices and Aeries
When the verbiage for Text notifications is removed in Communications, the Auto Notice Template is no longer recognized by Aeries. This bug means that we are not able to send out Auto Notices to voice messages or emails only, but are forced to include Text messages.

Grade Report Options- Add Citizenship default value to mass add when we opening grading for teachers. And allow teachers to overwrite default value as needed. (We do not scan grades and the current option for Citizenship default does not work in our case)

Teachers need an overall view of where to find other teachers during class, especially in the case where teachers have to share rooms, or move from one room to another.

Certification Result to show without having to open the record
Can Aeries add a space to view the Certification Result on the Activities and Awards screen?
At first glance, it looks like this kid got the ServSafe Manager Certification and needs to have a performance acknowledgment added but When you open the record you can see that he actually failed the exam.1 vote -
Withdrawal Form
Please move this to an easier to access place in Aeries. Clicking report and then withdrawal is not efficient. It should be an item under student data or even reports - like how you can push a button and just get that specific students attendance in reports, the withdraw student should work the same.

SMS Rejected Students - We would like there to be a KEEP so we can keep rejected students
When viewing rejected students on the SMS board, there should be an option to keep students so we can work on their schedules. It's not efficient to copy paste or write down their ID numbers.

When email is sent to a school please include the year of enrollment

Allow OAuth authentication to be used for SMTP
Microsoft has announced that they will begin deprecating Basic Authentication (Username/Password) methods for sending emails via SMTP through their Exchange services, which will affect our Office 365 customers.

We need to look into implementing a way to send emails utilizing OAuth so our customers have the ability to configure SMTP to comply with Microsofts recommendations.2 votes -

Create a way for Districts to exclude External Identity Provider accounts from the MFA/DUO process.
Use Cases may include:
1. District uses Azure AD which prompts them for Microsoft Authenticator before allowing the login.
OR
2. District uses Google Sign-in, and requires MFA on their Google Accounts.
They then are required to enter MFA/DUO, which is yet a second time they are asked to do any sort of multifactor authentication1 vote -
Identify 18YO High School Students
For high school seniors who are 18 years old who do not want parents to have access to their records - a field to identify them. The field could be used to query/KEEP/ or create student groups, but also identify to vendors (Naviance, Canvas, ParentSquare, SportsNet and others) to not share (or limit access) data with parents. Currently, our only option is to change Contacts records, which is inadequate. Create a secondary option on the Discipline violation as to whether or not the violation resulted in an injury
Many districts are over reporting injuries as a result of a change made to the way that CALPADS discipline codes are interpreted. The 501 code, "Caused, Attempted, or Threatened Physical Injury," is automatically assumed to have resulted in an injury. There is not a way to say that the action simply attempted or threatened injury. We need a way to say whether or not this code actually resulted in an injury. If we had that option, on the CALPADS code translation table, we could decide if it was then reported as a 501 (injury) or 504 (no injury).

Security: Please Allow User Access to the "Query Change Button" ONLY and NOT the "Query Change Command" to Prevent "Accidental" Mass Update
Ticket #346128: We have just recently learned about the "Query Change Command" and what impact it would have should a User be given that permission, in addition to the Mass Update permission to a Table.
What Has Been Done: We followed the information provided to us and read through the article from AERIES support. We then replicated it using one of our users. We could not find a way to get the CHANGE BUTTON to appear without the CHANGE QUERY COMMAND permission, which would be the ideal solution for us. Contacts English Only
When a parent types in contacts using the parent data confirmation in another language such as Chinese it does not translate to English for our staff to read. Please either only allow English to be typed into the parent data confirmation or translate it back to English for the schools to read.

1) Which language(s) does your child hear at home?
2) Which language(s) does your child hear in their neighborhood and community?
3) Which language(s) does your child understand?

Have AELPAC show on General Tab in Language Assessment
Have the Language Assessment Management Copy ELPAC Scores to LAC put the AELPAC test scores on the General Tab, not just the ELPAC and IELPAC
