Please add the ability for a district to customize the background photos when logging into Aeries.

Better data entry editing for Medical Date fields
Medical Dates especially screening dates should not be in the future.
Make sure entered dates are current or past.
Exclude medication schedules, medications, insurance dates and history.2 votes -
Allow users to Edit Margins or Print Size in Attendance letters. (This is not about District Letters)
The letters have a lot of spacing in the margins causing some letters to be 2 pages becuase of a signature line. I have elimited some words to make this work but if I could change margin or print size, it would print much more professional.

Gradebook Mass change formative assignments to summative
In SBG teachers often forget that Formative assignments don't count toward the overall score. It would be nice to be able to mass change assignments from Formative to Summative.

Custom Marks/Categories and Google Classroom Integration
Right now my teachers have to grade in 2 different places because our custom marks and categories in Aeries can't be entered on Google. We would love to just be able to grade in Google Classroom.

Custom Marks for Missing Work -- Equitable Grading
Our site (and many other sites) use custom marks to give partial credit for missing assignments so that students don't fall so far behind that they can't catch up. However, because we don't give 0s for missing work, the student portal shows that students have no missing assignments when, in fact, they have many. This confuses parents and students. Is it possible to provide the option to link the missing assignments feature to custom marks if a school doesn't give 0s for missing work.

Flex Negative Alt Ed Attendance Report
For online school when a student is missing an Attendance code in Alt School we need a report to identify students with missing attendance codes. PLEASE!

Would like the Attendance page in Flex Schedule to look like the Attendance set up page in Alt Ed setting in order to see the whole ATT pic
We would like to see the whole Attendance picture quickly as viewed in an alternative Ed setup. The Flex set up does not allow this quick view and is very frustrating.

Free and Reduced - Print does not include Income Survey Range
The Print on the Free and Reduced programs does not include the Income Survey Level. Auditors were requesting this information for students to spot-check.

Online Enrollment when Ask Education Level is selected to No to not show the question on the Confirmation Page for Parent 2
For Online Enrollment under Questions and Codes when Ask Education Level is selected to No during the Enrollment process on the Parent Page Parent 1 and Parent 2 do not get asked the question, however, when you look at their Confirmation page for Parent 2 you see the question What is the highest parent/guardian education level. They would like this question not to show on the Confirmation Page since it was not selected to ask.

Have ParentsSquare import permission set from Aeries using security group membership
Bring back the ability we lost during the SignalKit to ParentSquare transition that let us have an Aeries user with specific UID exist within security groups in Aeries to convey group membership between the systems. The CSV upload option is clunky and bad compared to the good old days.

Can we please get subtotals and report totals added to the Monthly Attendance Summary Analysis Report. This would greatly improve quality of life and usability of data for schools with non-ADA TK, multiple tracks etc.

Have the Enforce TK Birth Dates setting for Online Enrollment not allow parents to change the grade level if TK grade level is designated.
Currently, when Enforce TK Birth Dates setting is on for Online Enrollment, a message pops up saying "Please enter a valid age in order to continue" if the student's birth date does not fall within the TK birth date ranges. But the parent is able to change the grade level to Kindergarten, or a different grade level in order to continue the enrollment process. The setting allows the parent to bypass the TK birth date rules by simply changing the grade level for their student to a higher grade, when their student isn't even eligible for TK.

ParentSquare Contact update deep linking
Contact Verification and parents attempting to update phone numbers and emails in parentsquare is a pain... We'd love to see full integration to allow parents to change their data in parentsquare and push back into Aeries. A second-best solution would be to use deep linking back into Aeries to point parents to the correct place to update their contact information within Aeries.

SINF Contact for Restricted Contacts
Can there be a way to pull a Restricted Contact (CON.CD) into the SINF extract for Parent/Guardian Name/Ed Level? Some parents are considered restricted but they still have ed rights and should be included with the SINF extract even if they are coded as R-Restricted.

Flex Scheduling - Students with N or More Absences - Skip '0' Counts
We use the Students with N or More Absences more in a Flex Scheduling school to print period absences for the current day.
The report prints all period, and it would be very helpful if it only printed periods where the student has at least one absence (i.e., eliminate the '0' rows).

Classes: Add teacher/Room phone number to page
We would like the classroom/Teacher's phone extension to show on the classes screen to make it easier to contact a staff member when needing to have a student sent up to the office.

Display inactive codes on Discipline Dashboard
Allow records with inactive ADS.CD codes to be analyzed in the discipline dashboard, and display inactive codes in the "edit codes" window.

In a flex environment the following query no longer works. Please create a way for the AHD table to be queried for Period Absences.

Remove attendance by Photo - OLD for all Flex schools
The Attendance by Photo - OLD module does not function when using Flex scheduling. Please make it possible to remove from the teacher portal via Security/portal permissions or when Flex is utilized, automatically disable Attendance by Photo - OLD as it does not work and does not need to appear on the navigation pane.
