Removing users from user groups upon disabling their staff account
I would like when we inactivate a staff member and it disables the user account, that it also removes the staff member immediately from the user groups. In clearning out our user groups, I still show MANY users that have been disabled.

Supervisor Gradebook Access by Department
Would like an option for supervisors/dept. chairs to be able to access their department member(s) gradebooks. Basically, teacher emulation restricted to just their Dept.

Allow school sites to enable Weekly Progress Emails on behalf of the parents.
We are trying to save resources by having all parents to opt in to the weekly progress email. Right now we are manually emulating every parent account and turning on the feature so that emails delivered Friday mornings. It would be great if we could just turn this feature on for all parents to run on a specific time and date.

DUO - Separate Teacher and Office Users Login into two distinct areas
When using other Multifactor Authentication apps, we have the option to set it up for Admins, Users and Teachers, DUO should provide the same option (and not group Users and Teachers together.)

Leaving the Student Name and Grade Stationary at the top when scrolling through pages
Leaving the student name and grade stationary on the top of the screen when scrolling. This would help with inputting data as reference instead of having to scroll up to see the name and grade.

Enhance the Aeries API to allow access the Student Documents page. This would allow users to automate paper document processing by utilizing the API to GET and POST documents to Aeries.

Enhance Password Validation
Add functionality to validate a password on insert and/or update to the UGN table. Additionally, check against banned passwords and prompt user if an invalid password is detected. Log the last time a password was validated and do not include it in the "Print Users with Invalid Passwords" report if no changes have been made since that date.

SINF Extract Filter date
We used to have a date filter option (on the previous CALPADS extract page)
Extract Only Data Changes:
Include any changes from the Date: _____ until now.The challenge we are facing is that the SINF file continues to grow. We have gone from 9000 records in mid-September to now 13,500 records. The file will only continue to grow as we progress through the year.
The time to process files in CALPADS is correlated to their size (number of records). So, the file will take longer and longer to process as the school year progresses.

Assets scheduling
It would really make life easier to update Quick Asset Information Lookup page so that, if an item is checked out to a student, their schedule is displayed. Hopping back and forth between the lookup page and the student schedule page is a real pain, particularly when you're using a mobile device - and a mobile device is exactly what you would use when you're trying to track down wandering Chromebooks.

Add Incident ID’s to Discipline similar to Assertive Discipline
Currently, it isn’t possible to connect students that are involved in the same discipline incident, like you can with Assertive Discipline. Is it possible to submit a request to Aeries to add a feature like that so that they can anonymously connect multiple students to an incident?

Add the Report Format option to the Attendance Submission Log
Add the Report Format option drop down menu to the Attendance Submission Log to allow other report options other than the defaulted PDF option. Excel was the suggested additional option.
