Add Option to Remove Signature Line from Transcripts
For Middle Schools using transcripts, consider adding to option to not display the signature at the bottom of the transcript.

As our district transitions to Parchment for transcript delivery, we are requesting consideration for making the “signature” and “date” fields from the bottom of the transcript template an optional setting within the transcript definition.
Because principals change over time, obtaining and maintaining an updated digital signature is not always a quick or simple process. While we can technically exclude the digital signature when sending transcripts through Parchment, issuing transcripts without a signature and date may raise unnecessary questions or concerns from students, parents, and receiving institutions.
While the signature and date fields remain functional for transcripts generated within Aeries, they are not necessary for transcripts sent through Parchment and can create avoidable workflow challenges. -

We will be using Parchment for all transcript requests so the Official Transcript and signature need to be removed. I have a hard time believing we are the only ones.......
