    Attendance Management - buttons to select all or none absence codes. We use this screen to verify an attendance note has been added for all absences. We currently have to check 25 boxes.

  2. Display Scheduling Exclusions on the Classes page

    From the Trainers - Scheduling Exclusions need to display on the Classes pages. When students have class scheduling changes during the school year, the Scheduling Exclusions continue to be mandated. The office has no indication that a Scheduling Exclusion applies to a student's schedule.

  4. District Attendance Letters - Prevent timeouts and make the process more efficient

    There are 2 issues with District Attendance Letters:
    1. Generating letters are displaying the warning symbol and are timing out
    2. Opening the Completed letters is timing out at the school level. Completed letters can be opened at the district level.

  5. CALPADS SELA Import/Conflict Report - Add Home Language

    Please add the Reporting Home Language as part of the SELA Import process. In auditing data we found it would be useful to have the SELA Conflict Report also compare the Reporting Home Language listed in CALPADS to what is in Aeries for testing purposes.

    Please add to the assignment the option to not print on reports.

    Just like the Not Visible to Parent or Student Portal, add the ability to Not Print on Reports option to the assignments.

  10. Need a "Credits Earned for the Semester" report

    We would like to see a report showing the credits the student earned for the semester. One total for the student (John Smith 17 credits) - not a number of credits for each subject. This will allow us to group the students that may be in jeopardy of graduating.

    District with many schools would like the option to print the Missing Instructional Minutes Certification Log at the district level, and select multiple schools to print. It would also be nice to be able to select schools by type: Elem, Secondary, etc.

  17. Create a communications list (like contacts) of email addresses which can be assigned to the various processes

    Much like students have outgrown the limits of the communication data points in demographics (STU), Aeries itself requires more options for running various process. Specifically, a list of email addresses (with any needed login info) that can be assigned to the various communications processes that Aeries provides: weekly progress report, communications from gradebook, responses from portals, communications from school of choice, etc. Basically only having one email no longer serves the ever expanding needs of the program those who support it. Therefore, a communications (contact) list of email addresses for Aeries generated emails, is requested.

    Allow Aeries online enrollment to send notification emails to parents, similar to what you have already configured with the school of choice platform. When you set a student as incomplete, there should be a notification sent to the parent to let them know their application is incomplete.
    For example, if you included a window box popup for staff to type a personal message to the parent regarding the details of why the application is incomplete.
    That email will help speed up the level of communication between parent and office.

  19. Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables

    The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles.
