For ease of entering identical Internship Records, without using Import Data to Aeries form, please consider adding Copy/Paste Records buttons to Internship form.

We need an infant grade level. Using -3 would be fine.
We serve students from birth through 12th grade. It would be helpful to have infant as a grade-level below preschool.

SAML SSO to Sign in With Aeries
Hello,
While Aeries can serve as an IDP for login using Aeries credentials it would be nice to allow the configuration of SSO vendors to provide logins to Aeries instead. We use Classlink which supports a litany of SSO options from SAML OAuth etc. and it would be nice to allow students and teachers to SSO into their Aeries portals using Classlink as a resource.

Barcode on Emergency Card
On Parent Data Changing > General , we would like the option to add a barcode to the "Emergency Card" print out.
This would allow our parents to print the "Emergency Card" as proof of completing data confirmation and allow our on-site staff to scan a barcode at each station ( ex. library to check out books ).
This would really help our team expedite the on-site process.

Record Request Form - Populate Fields After Adding Student Through Online Enrollment
Streamline Online Enrollment and Records Request to have the option to populate a form for record request that has the data we collected from the Online Enrollment application. Student FN LN DOB GR ED and previous school name.

Student Data Audit needs to skip matriculating students with STU.HSG populated
The Student Data Audit report should skip the students with the STU.HSG populated in the highest matriculation grades in an elementary or high school.
We need to change this option on the Student Data Audit report from: Ignore STU.HSG/DG validation (GR=12 and date > 06-04-2021)

Students can enter in the Wellbeing Status via the student portal.
The new Wellbeing Status option is only inputted by teachers in attendance. In middle and high school-aged schools, students may not want to share that information. It would be great if students were able to enter their own status and it is limited who gets to view it for confidentiality purposes.

Send Email "Add Recipients" - remove inactive sections
When logged into a school, school info>send emails>add recipients, Search By Sections>Search Email In: Sections. The List generated is including our unassigned holding tank sections, that have been since removed/inactive from the master schedule. Is there a way to have the system display current the active sections or provide the ability to choose between active and inactive sections? Thank you in advance.

Disable the junior high data confirmation for 8th graders
Disable the junior high data confirmation for 8th graders before enabling the data confirmation for the high school. So many incoming 9th grade parents don't know to Change Student to the high school and they go to all the trouble to do the data confirmation for their junior high instead to just have to redo it. :(

Add Copy Button for College Articulations
Currently there is no copy button - so each college we work with has to be entered manually. Our tech dept can then copy it to all sites. But this year we are working with 5 community colleges and the criteria is the same at each. All the other edit buttons have an option to copy, why not this?

Add IEP/504 question and require an answer before moving on.
Add IEP/504 question and require an answer before moving on. Does your student have an IEP/504? Choose one.
The Required Information page is the only place where an IEP or 504 is mentioned. Would be nice to know this info before hand so we can look for these documents during the enrollment process and not after the fact. This way we are able to set as incomplete so that parent can provide documentation.

Master Schedule Report - add trimester options to print
Currently, the Print Master Schedule report displays Fall, Spring, Year terms to print. In a school using Trimesters, we would like for this report to honor these codes based on TRM. For example, 1, 2, 3 trimesters.

Copy Many Students Name Change and Search Option
Change the name of Copy Many Students Records to be renamed to something like Copy one or Many Student Records as it is not easy to know you can use this to copy one student's record the title makes it seem it is only for Many students. They would also like a search option instead of having to know the student's ID. like it did in the Client Version.

Online Enrollment - Save a PDF copy of the Enrollment Confirmation report to student documents
When you view enrollments in Online Enrollment there is a Enrollment Confirmation report that can be viewed. This report takes the place of our enrollment forms when creating a **. It would simlify our process if a PDF of this report was automatically saved to Student Documents (just like the documents that parents upload) when the enrollment was imported into Aeries. Then when someone goes to create the ** they can print that report along with the other documents all at once.

Weekly Engagement Report - Print ALL weeks or date range
Be able to print a date range or all weeks of Weekly Engagement Reports. As of now, we are only able to print each week of reports and then must select the next week to start the printing process again to PDF.
It would be great to be able to generate ALL weeks of reports for ALL teachers if possible(or any custom selection, of course).2 votes -
Option to hide student schedules from parents AND students until Parent Data Confirmation is complete.
Currently schedules can be hidden from parents until Data Confirmation has been completed, however the schedule cannot be dynamically hidden from students at the same time.

Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests should include zero course requests
Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests do not print students with zero course requests when 1 is entered in the 'Less than' field. Please add an option to this report to include students with zero course requests. This will help with not having to also run the Student with No Course Requests report.
