Automate Performance Acknowledgments
Automate the identifying of students who have earned a performance acknowledgement in Texas Aeries
- Earned 12 or more dual credit hours with an 80% or above in each course for which those credits were earned.
- Scored 3 or above on ANY AP Exam.
- Scored 29 or above on ACT (Composite Score).
- Scored 1350 or above on SAT (Composite/combined score)

Need Student Scheduling Group for Next Year
Trying to schedule for next year and current scheduling groups are causing a conflict, as there will be new groups next year.
Currently STU.SG is designed to be used in Scheduling, but have been using it to reflect what actually is in MST.
Need to separate the functioning by adding a new field (STU.MG) to use with Master Schedule functions, and leave STU.SG to function solely with Scheduling tables.

Filter on Students for Printing Transcripts
From Trainers: When printing transcripts you cannnot filter for students. If you select the Grade Level option, it prints for all students in the grade level. We need to be able to find students and select student more efficiently so that we can print transcripts from the College Request Page. Absence Code Color Options for Reports and Portal
Absence Code Colors - Add options to print the colors on the Student Attendance Calendar report. Also allow option for colors to display in Parent/Student Portal.

Online enrollment- Add paperclip or other identifying feature that marks an enrollment as having documents attached
This would allow the people importing the records to know if all of the documents are attached rather than having to open every single record when it really isn't complete without the docs.

PBIS Page for Documenting Behaviors for Teacher Referrals
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a discipline methodology and practice that we would like to have incorporated in either discipline or interventions pages. If there was a page to document behaviors - positive & negative, to be able to run daily reports for the PBIS teams to use data to form decisions about students behavior and to create interventions before it becomes an assertive discipline issue. Expiration date for user group membership
Add a field in the UGP for a User to have an expiration Date on a Group to which they are attached.
An Example would be an Attendance Clerk stepping in as a Substitute for an Office Manager for a month. Add the Group with an Expiration date of that month away date.

Student Groups Dynamic Groups Inactive and Pre-enrolled

Student Demographics - Add a new field for "Apartment #"
Student Demographics - Separate the Apartment Number from the address field, give it its own field. The new field will prevent discrepancies on data entry for unit/apartment numbers.

Gradebook assignment wording inconsistency
The assignment settings have inconsistent labeling. One area says Visible to Parents, at the Assignment by class page. And the other says Visible to Portal, once you click Edit on the assignment.

Teacher Attendance - Highlight the Attendance row when selected
In Aeries Gradebook, when you click on a student's name, or hover over the entire row of that student is highlighted/made darker.
Is there any way that that could happen in Attendance? When you hover on a student of when you click on an "Absent", and "N", or even "D", there is no change in the color of that student's row.
I know that for me, it is easier to keep the marks for a particular student specifically for that student if his/her row is highlighted.8 votes -
Families recording the correct pronunciation of name
Families recording their name in the parent portal so teachers or staff can hear the correct pronunciation of the student's name in the SIS.

Weekly Engagement Report - Admin Log
It would be nice if there was a screen where staff could check to see if teachers have run their Weekly Engagement Report like there is a screen to see if they have certified their Instructional Minutes. This wouldn't verify accuracy of the report, but at least office staff could confirm if the teachers had at least run the report and the date/time of the last time it was run.

Financials Reports
We need canned reports pulling from the order management page, in order to see how many students have purchased each class and how many spots are still open and also see the names of the students signed up for each course. I am attaching a sample of what we need.

Financials - Allow a Partial Cancellation
In Financials, on the order management, order details, there is no way to do a partial cancellation - it would be nice to be able to do a partial cancellation and not have to cancel the entire order and the customer would need to sign up again.
