Scheduling Letter Text Editor
The editor allows only one letter to be saved. Trying to add an additional letter triggers the 'Letter ID must start with "Schedule"' error message, even if it does meet that criterion. For example, Schedule Spanish, Schedule 20-21.

Student Demographics - Add Student Asset Detail
Add another line to the top of the Demographics page and add the most recent Student Asset Detail for quick access to District Assets information.

Allow teachers access to "Asset Course Listing" report
Teachers often check out materials to students, and it would be helpful if they could run reports wihich show which students have checked out the required materials and returned the assets.

Average Transcript Mark by Course Sequence
Single Semester courses with a course sequence of DO and 0 should not be averaged together.

Include Database Group Name at the top of the screen
We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

Make the Attendance History Summary page printable
We have the ability to view the attendance history page but not to print unless we right click the page and select print, which is very rarely successful. It would be very helpful if this page can be printed out, as many times parents request attendance history for their students. This would be a much quicker way to access prior years attendance without having to go into each year and print out attendance.

We would like the ability to mass add pdf iReady Score Reports to Test Scores
Several districts opted to use iReady instead of CAASPP for this year. iReady has a really nice score report we want to upload to Aeries. Or looking for a way to show the score reports similar to the State Test Scores Reports.

Need a report that mimics CALPADS 15.1 & 15.2 reports for ACGR
CALPADS instituted 2 new reports under the Accountability/Monitoring Reports section to help monitor and validate the 4-year Cohort Grad Rate (ACGR) data.

Allow more than one SSL certificate to be used for SAML configuration
Allow for 2 or more different SSL certificates in the SAML configuration page. This would allow for internal and external URLs that are network segregated. This may also work for specific summer school instances where a separate summer URL is setup as well as other potential testing environment configurations.

Add/keep track of non-school age siblings
We want a way to enter first, last name, and birthdate of non-school age siblings of current students. It would help identify incoming or future age-appropriate siblings.

District Attendance Letters - ability to sort printed letters
When we take large batches of letters to the post office, we need to have them sorted by zip code. If we are running letters for the entire district, we will need this sort option when printing letters. We also need the ability to sort printed letters by school. Currently a copy of the letter is supposed to go into a students file, so we need to be able to easily divide up the printed letters by school so that they can be sent out for filing. Allow us to add additional logos (such as WASC) on Transcripts
Another local school gave our principal a transcript that had a few logos (like WASC) and now she really wants this on our transcripts. This would be in addition to a district or school logo, and different than the existing watermark feature.

Financial Reports
When running financial statements in the reports, it shows a total due of "0" in amount due even when there is a remaining balance.

Add an option on the Golden State Seal Merit Diploma for the user to select the Repeat Tags that would be included in the analysis.

Issue Credit Button in Alt Ed Scheduling school - allow to add new grade if course number already exists in GRD or HIS
When the "issue credit" button is used, if a mark has already been posted for the same course, it doesn't allow a new grade to be posted, but instead tries to overwrite the originally posted grade for the same course number (linked by SQ). With Independent Study students, they many times boomerang back to the same course for making up units. We need to be able to add new records to GRD/HIS instead of overwriting them when using the "Issue Credit" button in our school using Alt Ed Scheduling.

Notify portal-enabled contacts when a new fee is added to Financials
When adding a new fee to a student in Aeries Financials, it would be helpful if there was a mechanism to send an email and/or push notification to the linked portal accounts. As it is now there is no notification, and the fee is not obvious to a parent when visiting the portal in either the browser or mobile app, so it is very easy for the parent to not even realize that a fine was assessed until much much later. Send Emails - Adding the option to filter mass emails to students and parents by letter grade, IEP...
I recently was given the option on Aeries (maybe by my admin/tech people) to mass email students and their guardians by class section, but to also be able to filter this by their grade (to email just the students/guardians with Fs, Ds...), by who has IEPs (to discuss support options, etc...), and other options would be nice.
