Add User ID + User Name to CPE & CPO Tables
The Career Pathway Experience (CPE) and Career Pathway Outcomes (CPO) tables are essential to work based learning reporting. The addition of user ID and user name to both CPE & CPO tables would help better track which teachers are imputing WBL data.
These fields already exist in the Internship (ISP) table (ISP.IUI & ISP.IUN) and are extremally helpful for WBL data analytics.

Transcripts - Edit all records in one term at the same time
Open a term and be able to edit all transcript marks, schools, etc at one time instead of manually opening each transcript record individually.

Students Absent or Tardy Today and Inactive Students
Students Absent or Tardy Today report does not show students who are currently Inactive but were enrolled on the date the report is being run for. Students Absent or Tardy Today report should be enhanced to honor Attendance Enrollment and Course Attendance.

CRDC Extract - Refine 0s and Blanks Fill Logic for Various Elements
Refine logic for CRDC extract with regard to filling fields with either 0's or blanks.
For example, if there are any Preschool student counts, then the fields for Preschool EL counts, Preschool Student in EL Programs, Preschool IDEA, Preschool 504 counts should be filled with 0's rather than blanks when there are no Preschool students in these counts.2 votes -
Attendance Audit Report should consider attendance enrollment to flag student not of age
The audit attendance report in Aeries should flag errors if a student is not of age. This verification should not solely rely on demographic data but should also consider attendance enrollment to detect instances where a student was underage at the beginning of the school year. If the student doesn’t meet the minimum age requirement in a specific grade, it should be reflected on the attendance audit list. This is crucial to our district as it will minimize attendance errors and avoid claiming ADA for a student is not eligible.

CDE requires we break down the seals earned by our students by language qualified in. It would be really helpful if column 3(demonstrating proficiency) of the SSB report would indicate the language courses/test to qualify the student.5 votes -

Online Enrollment - Pop-up Window for pre-enrollment
Can a pop-up window be configured to show up when pre-enrollment is open and a parent chooses to enroll or pre-enroll their child? The window would say something along the lines of "You have selected to enroll your student for the current school year. Is this correct?" and "You have selected to enroll your student for next school year. Is this correct?"

Online Enrollment Application Status - change Completed titled to Submitted or Pending
"When an enrollment application is submitted, it is listed as a ""Completed"" enrollment in the Parent's AIR account. This should be titled ""Submitted Enrollments or Pending Enrollments""
Partial Enrollments should be re-titled to ""Incomplete"" enrollments. This way when we set them as Incomplete, they would be labeled as such.Once a record is Imported by the school site, the enrollment disappears from the AIR portal, and then under Completed Enrollments, it reads ""You have no completed enrollments""
Even though we send email confirmations, parents still log into their AIR portal and panic because it says they have No Completed Enrollments.…2 votes -

A gradebook shouldn't have to have an assignment in order for it to be copied in the Mass Copy Gradebooks feature.

Attendance Letters - Change Default Letter Delivery Type
Suggest that Digital not be the first or default choice for the delivery type for attendance letters. If you mistakenly forget to change the type or are running a test and do not change it, the letter will be sent out. Putting Do Not Send as the default seems the safest choice.

Military Survey Audit
We have many parents that in error click "yes" to at least one parent/guardian being active in the US Armed Forces. This results in many hours of extra work checking with parents to see if they answered accurately. Is it possible to reverse the answers to have "no" listed as the first option, and "yes" listed as the second option?

Add filter option to Gradebook Details page
Please add a filter option to the Gradebook Details page, that would allow teachers to filter/hide inactive gradebooks attached to a student's record.

Accessing and Printing Seating Charts for Co-Teachers
Allow co-teachers to access the seating chart the primary teacher created instead of having the co-teacher create a new seating chart. Allowing co-teachers to access and edit the seating chart will ensure that both teachers are on the same page.

Aeries Analytics - Process GTE and PGM Records for GATE Indicators
When Aeries Analytics is processing the Gifted and Talented (GATE) indicator(s) it should evaluate both GTE and PGM.CD = 127 records and include students with active records in either table.
