    Enhance the SELA Conflict Report to omit TK students, as they are no longer participating in the ELPAC test.

    Workaround: ​Run a SKIP query first. Then, run the report.

  6. "Pass" pending enrollments to another school within your district.

    I would love the ability to send a pending enrollment in my "holding tank" to another school in our district. Our district allows for transfers to other district schools and during enrollment season there is a LOT of movement between schools and a lot of double work since enrollments drop into the school of attendance based on address. It would be fantastic to be able to "pass" a pending enrollment to one of the other schools "holding tank" of pending enrollments.

    Please add a feature to dynamically sync Staff into specific ParentSquare groups (example: District Office staff group) . Currently this can only be accomplished with a static group and manual management of the group members.

    It would be great if there was an API to CCGI. They had mentioned one and when we ask about it they said they are waiting on Aeries to reach out and create a timeline. Can an API be done? Is it in the plans?

  12. Student Data Sheet: Provide Additional Fields to Include/Remove

    This screen should include the ability to remove/prevent student fields from being printed/included in the report similar to Class Rosters where we can include/exclude phone numbers, etc.

    If the schools no longer need a copy of the birth certificate to be part of the cume and the sites only request it as part of the paperwork to only verify, the ability to exclude birth city/state/country (and language fluency) information would be awesome way to control what is printed on the student data sheet.

  14. Online Enrollment matched records discrepancy highlighting broken in Dark Mode

    When importing an online enrollment record that has been matched to and existing Aeries student record, the highlighting of fields with data discrepancies is not visible for most fields in Dark Mode. See attached images.

  19. Mass Add for the Records Access Log

    If possible, there should be a mass add function for the Records Access Log (RAL) in Aeries. Here in my school district, we have one major comprehensive high school for students. Most, if not all of our students go this high school. The process to enter in the information when we receive the student's cumulative folders can be a lengthy process, even for our elementary school sites when they have to mark it into their Aeries RAL. This would also benefit our elementary sites when first creating a cumulative folder for a student and then updating the RAL stating that…

  20. School of Choice - When approved, do not allow parents to create a new pending choice

    Add a portal setting to allow districts to block parents the ability to add a new pending request once their request has been approved. Some districts would prefer to talk with parents who change their mind directly as it can become more work changing things back and forth in the system and the possibility of errors in placement as parents bounce around school requests increases. Parents are also confused on what their last requested school actually was.
