  3. Repeat Scores in Transcript TTP Logic

    When Transcript TTP (Things To Print) is setup to show "best score" with repeats of the same scores, it will default to show the most recent entry of that score. This may not be the desired score to use, please allow for TTP to look at other factors to determine which of a repeat score (or allow the user to select a specific score) to show on the Transcript.

  4. Update to Online Enrollment Street Address Entry Behavior

    When a parent enters a street address that is not found in the street table and clicks "Next," the system currently displays a list of suggested addresses with the first one automatically selected. This behavior may lead to incorrect address submissions, especially if the parent proceeds without realizing the selection.

    Requested Changes:

    1. Do not pre-select any suggested addresses when the list is displayed.
    2. Add a radio button option labeled "None of the addresses above apply" to allow parents to explicitly indicate that none of the suggestions are correct.

  5. Immunization Exemption and Vaccination Date Data Audit

    Create an audit to analyze student immunization information where vaccine dose dates and exemption dates are both present to help audit if an exemption date was not removed or if vaccination doses exist when an exemption date also exists. This would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

    GPA Summary report by Term and Add-On GPA logic needs to look at the TDF Term codes for the State Term codes instead of the Header descriptions. If the full word "Summer" is not at the beginning of the TDF Term Heading description.

  8. Golden State Seal Merit (GSSM) Report enhanced to work with Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking

    The Golden State Seal Merit (GSSM) report is not rendering By Counselor correctly when this option is selected for Flex Schools using Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking (STU.CNS). The report currently only extracts from the Counselor field (STU.CU). To improve functionality and accuracy, we propose an enhancement to the report so that the Counselor name is pulled from the STU.CNS field in this case.

    In the meantime, the following workaround can be implemented:
    Add the Counselors to the TCH table.
    Assign the Counselor's teacher numbers (TCH.TN) to the STU.CU field.

  12. Classroom Attendance: Add Button to send automated "Missing Attendance" email to teacher

    On the classroom attendance page , if there would be a section/button next to the teachers names to send a notification that there attendance is missing or not complete. They could get an email sent to them. it would avoid having to reach out and disrupt classroom time.

  13. Include a Summary Count of Attendance Note Code usage on Attendance Page

    Add a summary count of Attendance Note code usage - similar to the AL code counts on this page already.

    This would be useful for attendance clerks to quickly see how often a particular code has been used for a student.
    Specifically, parents are allowed up to 10 excused absences before a doctor's note is required. Any instances in which a doctors note is provided do not count against that 10 allowance. Having the summary count would allow for quick check if the allowance of 10 excused (non-physician noted) has been exhausted.

  14. Enhance LOG to include individual student changes

    Currently when running the Recompute Cumulative GPAs and Class Rank process, the individual student changes to GPA and Rank are not logged (but the process itself is).

    Please add enhancement to include the individual changes in the LOG table.

  16. Display Student Name as "Last Name, First Name" in Banner

    The student banner shows the student's name as First Name Last Name. If the student has more than one first or last name, there's no way to differentiate between the first and last name from the banner. For example, Anne Lee Smith could be Lee Smith, Anne or Smith, Anne Lee. The only way to know is to navigate to the demographics page.

  20. CalPads Log Details - PLEASE Add Button ASAP

    PLEASE add "edit" button so you can check the boxes of certain lines you want deleted. "Delete All" could work also.
    It is very time consuming to delete each line individually. Click Pencil, Click Trash, Click Ok button Click CLICK CLICK CLICK.
    Sometimes there are over 25 entries and in order for certain errors to go away you need to delete the calpads log records.
