  1. Retain Ed-Fi page selections when switching pages

    When switching between Ed-Fi pages, please retain the selections. Have to reselect the configuration when switching between code mappings and sync testing, every time.

    Integrate the attendance tables between Learning Genie and Aeries. Currently, student demographics and primary teachers are integrated via SFTP nightly sync. Without the attendance integration, teachers report attendance twice a day—once in Aeries and again in Learning Genie. Learning Genie reports that they are open to exploring an attendance integration option.

  5. Flex SMS Board - Warn when moving sections to different period that Class Calendar needs updating

    When moving sections on the Flex SMS Board please either change the Class Calendar to match the new period or warn the users that the Class Calendar also needs to be updated.

  7. One-Column Transcript - Replicate Headers on Each Page

    Have transcript
    1) headers print on each page of the transcript. Header must include student name, birthday, grade, student ID#, campus & district name, campus address,

    2) Include credit total counts on transcripts like: total credit earned each semester & total credits attempted, cumulative attempted credit, the cumulative state earned credit and cumulative local earned credit.

  9. Expand Student Name on transcript report.

    Transcript Student full Name needs to be expanded when printing transcripts. We have students with very long names and this is causing the name to display very small, making illegible. Currently the expansion of student name is only available if you exclude the Perm ID or Birthdate.

  12. Dark Mode highlighting and searching

    When doing sibiling lookup in standard mode, the data that matches the current selected student in highlighted in green. This is not offered in Dark Mode.

    Also, when doing a reverse lookup in Dark Mode, the text colors of the reverse lookup bubble are too light and you can not read it. Can the text inside the bubble be dark so that we can read the bubble?

  13. Add Option to Transcript Report to ONLY print students without HIS records

    Add the option to only print students without transcript records. This will permit registrars to quickly inventory students who were added who might not have been routed to their desk and to easily follow up with getting those transcripts from previous districts.

    When certain fields are updated on the ECD page, have those fields prepopulate to the EESD-9600 Form when available.
    - Agency Name
    - Type of Care Code
    - Provider/Site Name

  15. District Resource Assignments - Track who checks in/out devices

    In the DRA table we would like to have checked in by and check out by fields. At some small schools, devices are checked out by teachers, office staff, or district techs. We would like to be able to keep track of who checked out/in devices. If it could autofill with a user ID that would be even better.

  16. Financials - Allow Paying for Multiple Students at once

    Currently Parents must pay for 1 Student at a time when checking of the Online Store within Aeries.
    It would be useful to allow Parents to pay for all of their Students in one transaction.

  17. Allow for alphanumeric codes in LCN.CD for Record Request Transfer

    Use alphanumeric rather than strictly numeric codes for LCN.CD was that on the School Options page, the sorting of the items is alpha--for example: 1,10,11,12,2,21,22 instead of 1,2,11,12,21,22 don't sort logically, and need leading zeros to make more useful.

    Right now, having any alphanumeric codes in LCN.CD causes the Print Request letter to fail and throw the following error.

  18. Allow Pre-Referral Interventions to Email Parents

    If we use the Aeries email we need the option for it to populate a pre referral rather than having to take all those extra steps to do it after. Or the other way if we create a pre referral it then emails a sumamry to the parent guardian or both. Data is great when Admin has conversations with guardians.

  19. Analytics - Add an indicator to pull completion data from the data confirmation page

    To be able to create a dashboard to show the percent of student that have completed the data confirmation- this helps when reviewing which school may require more help/support when trying to get a higher engagement for PDC
