CCGI Extract - Course Level mapping options
Currently, the CCGI Extract page only lets you map HIS and SEC by terms. We have unique courses that need to be mapped individually, so it would be nice for the extract to somehow allow for more flexible mapping of the WIP and Terms being sent to CCGI.
Example - We are a Trimester-based Scheduling school, but the courses are technically "Semester" length courses (earning 5 credits). This means many of the T2 sections of courses can either be considered S1 or S2; however, the extract only allows to map it to one or the other.
Maybe having a Course Level override if a certain course should always be mapped to one or the other?
Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 06/23/26.
Schools may now record an optional Curriculum Term when the course section curriculum is different than the enrollment term. This can be added during the scheduling process or manually on the Transcript.
NOTE: Transcript records created prior to this release will need the CourseCurriculumTerm (HIS.CTM) field populated retroactively; see CCGI Supporting Pages and Tables for helpful queries.
Here are the relevant revision notes:
CCGI Enhancements:
- Scheduling Process:
- Scheduling Master: Added a new Curriculum Term dropdown to the Scheduling Master page for California districts, allowing sections to be tagged with the applicable CCGI curriculum term (Quarter, Trimester, Semester, Summer School, or Full Year) during the scheduling process. See Scheduling Master Schedule.
- Master Schedule: Added a new Curriculum Term dropdown to the Master Schedule page for California districts. This optional field allows sections to be tagged with the applicable CCGI curriculum term (Quarter, Trimester, Semester, Summer School, or Full Year). See Add, Change, Copy or Delete a Section in the Master Schedule.
- Functions > Copy Scheduling Results to SEC & MST: When scheduling results are copied from the Scheduling Master to the Master Schedule, the Curriculum Term is now included in the copy, ensuring curriculum term assignments are preserved after commit.
- Grade Reporting:
- Transcripts: Added a new Curriculum Term dropdown to the More section of the Transcripts page for California districts, allowing the curriculum term to be recorded for each transcript section.
- Functions > Copy Grades to Transcripts: When copying grades to transcripts, the Curriculum Term is now carried forward from the Master Schedule to the Transcript record. This applies to both the bulk copy and the inline Copy to Transcript option on Load Grades by Student.
- Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract:
- The CourseGradeTemplate extract now populates the optional CourseCurriculumTerm field using the Curriculum Term value from the student's transcript record.
NOTE: Transcript records created prior to this release will need the CourseCurriculumTerm (HIS.CTM) field populated retroactively; see CCGI Supporting Pages and Tables for helpful queries.
In addition, the StudentTemplate extract file now includes the optional Language Other Than English (LOTE) fields: LOTECert, LOTECertSource, and LanguageCode for students with this data recorded in Activities and Awards. See CCGI - Supporting Pages and Tables

Hi Jamie,
Willits Unified School District is encountering an issue with our CCGI Extract with our Trimester set up. We have a new CCGI counselor who needs some help understanding Is there any way we could set up a meeting? That would be helpful.
Thank you for your time.
Jenn :-)
