Online Enrollment - Offer Russian as a Language Selection
Add Russian to the "language choices" portion of the online enrollment interface.
(Select the language(s) parents will be able to choose as an option of viewing the enrollment questions:)

Please make an option to choose number of weeks on class rosters.
In the reports section under Class Roster, the only two lengths of time I can choose is 1 day or 1 month. Our grading periods are anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Would like the option to choose the length when using the class roster.

UC/CSU Update needed -Semester courses in same discipline
UC/CSU validation process update needed -Semester courses MUST be in same discipline in order to validate 1 year of credit for certain subjects (i.e. VAPA) Now that CALPADS has added the Content Area Subcategory fields, this can be used to build the proper validations.

Attendance reports to honor reporting home school
With the new AB 130 requirements in California, we decided to maintain IS students in their own school but link them to their home school by Report Homeschool field on Student Data 2 tab.
I realized when we run attendance reports, that report will just group students by grade/teacher but not by reporting home school.Can we have the attendance reports break out the groups by home schools, too, please?

Color Coding for Attendance Notes
With distance learning and teachers writing notes for student attendance, the attendance office notes are getting lost. We would like the ability to have a specific color assigned for attendance notes by the attendance office only and teachers to have their own color. This way if we need to locate a note immediately, we only have to look at specific notes. Right now, we can't distinguish them since they are all the same color. For example, attendance office notes could stay red and teacher note be blue.

Allow Districts to determine default values in ADA Make Up creation
We would love the ability to have our only ADA Make Up code be defaulted when adding the note. We would also like the date in ADA Make Up to be todays date (GETDATE). This allows for quicker data entry for attendance staff. Thank you!

Allow Update permission on Student Email via API
It would be helpful to allow updating the student email address (STU.SEM) via Aeries API so that we don't have to set up separate SQL accounts for external scripts and services to update STU.SEM.

Navigate directly to the Teacher's Roster when in Classroom Attendance
In Attendance Accounting > Classroom Attendance, you select a teacher and then there is a link to go to Class Roster. When this link is clicked, you get routed to the class roster report where you then have to find the teacher again. Incorporate logic where it automatically selects the teacher/class you are on in Classroom attendance when you select that link so that the Class Roster report is automatically generated

Include TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) on the TREx Student Record Export
TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) is not included in the TREx Student Record Export. Requesting this be added so that when students transfer out of district their withdrawal grades are included electronically.

Transcripts - Option to limit records to credits completed.
When our counselors are trying to verify credits completed, it's cumbersome for them to have to scroll through all of the middle school courses that don't earn high school credits.

Withdrawal Grades on Transcripts
When inputting withdrawal grades on transcripts it would be so helpful if there was a code we could enter that would identify them as withdrawal grades and move all credits to 0.00. Or if there was a function where we could import the gradebook/grade page to that student's transcript for the withdrawal grades.

Rollover - Option to Bypass AUT Table
Could AUT be added to the Districtwide Roll Over settings of tables to skip? Similar to ATN, FRE, FEE, etc.
I know our district would prefer to NOT roll AUT because we ask the parents to do their Authorizations every year, so having the option to Bypass AUT would be great! Then I wouldn't have to depend on my IT Dept to remove entries in the new year database.

Employer Search Options
Please add Search/Lookup Key word search on Employers and a sort by name or ID to the search on Import Mass Add Student Related Data when adding to ISP table for Employers also Work Permits Search Employer Name.
