Archive accounts for inactive students
Due to licensing issues surrounding the Archive vs Suspend options in Google Workspace, we need an option to archive accounts for inactive students similar to the existing "Suspend accounts for inactive students" under the Google Apps Integration section

Upvoting this! Having Aeries auto-archive users in Google Admin instead of just suspending them would be a massive win for our operations and budget. Our very lean team spends far too much time manually managing account lifecycles. Automating the archival process would provide immediate cost savings by instantly freeing up our paid Google Workspace Education licenses rather than leaving them tied to suspended accounts. It would also reclaim valuable IT time, allowing my team to shift focus away from tedious backend directory cleanup. Not to mention, auto-archiving ensures we maintain strict compliance and security, seamlessly preserving data in Google Vault for eDiscovery while eliminating the risks of lingering, dormant accounts. Having Aeries manage this natively would drastically streamline our entire offboarding workflow! Thank you

Aeries auto suspending students vs. archiving them will end up costing us money every year.
