Currently, the Suspension Letter Text Editor pulls data from STU.PG for the primary guardian.
The suspension letter always creates one letter addressed to the student’s Primary Guardian (STU.PG) and uses the student’s address from the Student record (STU). In a split family household this is not conducive.
Additional letters are generated for Contacts with Mail Tag A (CON.MT = A).
If a Contact’s name and address match the Primary Guardian, that contact is skipped to avoid duplicates.

Request:
Please update this report so that it is purely Contact-driven (CON) rather than relying on STU.PG. This will ensure all mailing logic is based on Contacts and their attributes, improving flexibility and consistency.
