Allows parents to login to the Parent Portal with Google
We assign each of our parents a school email. It would be wonderful if we could give parents the opportunity to login with google like the students do. This would ensure that all of our parents can login to their portal and allow us to continue our efforts in having a universal sign in method.

Immunization Status Report - When using XLSX version if you expand Column A the student name information pushes left and column B and C become blank. Enhance to keep data from shifting.

Add SELA ODS language to LAC table/Language Assessment page
Add a field to Language Assessment page (LAC table) for SELA ODS language, next to EAC and EAD, so that we could see the language in the SELA ODS file for those students that have a discrepancy in language. The biggest reason for this is those students that we have marked EO, but are not EO in CALPADS. Right now we have to lookup each student in CALPADS to find their language, even though it's in the SELA ODS extract.

Create a Log Report with Table Options
Create a log report where the user can select from the various tables and have options for filtering the results. Such as: Student ID, School, Grade, etc.

Medications Next and Last Dose Date
On Medications page add Date information for Next Dose and Last Dose under the Medication Name so you do not have to click on the Dose History dropdown to view the Dates

Assets scheduling
It would really make life easier to update Quick Asset Information Lookup page so that, if an item is checked out to a student, their schedule is displayed. Hopping back and forth between the lookup page and the student schedule page is a real pain, particularly when you're using a mobile device - and a mobile device is exactly what you would use when you're trying to track down wandering Chromebooks.

Seating charts should not have to be in a grid
Allow seats to be created that don't follow a grid. Let me make students in groups with aisles between them. We should be able to flexibly arrange our seating chart to match the desks in our classroom.

Calpads History Tab
Add a comment box and the option to not 'POST' under the Actions column on the new CALPADS History tab. There have been incidents where we didn't use 1 of the files. For example, forgetting to exclude secondary enrollments when pulling an SPRG file gave me an Exit SPRG that I could post since the student in the file is secondarily enrolled.
Defeats the purpose of keeping track when we are saying we posted something that we didn't.4 votes -
Google Classroom Test
Please allow the importing of scores for assignments even if they have not been returned in google classroom. Currently if we assign a test in google classroom we have to return the test/quiz for the scores to be imported. Returning the test gives students the ability to view the entire test/quiz even if all options to share that information is selected off.

Expand LAC.EIT to support "IAELPAC" which is a standard state test
The LAC.EIT (English Test Name) field needs to be expanded from varchar(6) to support the new Initial Alternate ELPAC test... which Aeries imports as TST.ID = "IAELPAC" (which is 7 characters).
This idea is somewhat related to another idea regarding how Aeries handles the Alternate ELPAC tests.

Add ability to display only primary teacher when printing all student schedules
For print all student schedules, add ability to hide assistant teachers not marked as primary in SSE. Displaying all assistant teachers for some courses has confused students.

do not report language fluency status
In Other Options in CALAPDS Extracts can we have a table or dropdown where we can select what Language Fluency (STU.LF) code(s) not to report to CALPADS? For example, we have a 'Waiting on **' code for students who are new to our district but not new to CA. This allows our ELPAC team to know they do not need to be Initially ELPAC tested and we are waiting to confirm ELAS. Online registration
Since there is the capability to have the online enrollment process answer the Authorization questions why can that not contribute to the Data Confirmation Status report. Is does not make sense to have a parent come in to the registration dept handling all the necessary questions and paperwork to only be told that they have to go home log into the portal and complete the data confirmation. Formatting of Report Comment section on Gradebook Assignments By Student Report
The current implementation does not allow for the teacher to format this field, so the parents see only one long sentence that runs off the page.
Enhance the gradebook by allowing for full HTML markup so that the teacher has full control over how the contents are displayed.
At the bare minimum, this field should auto-wrap within the page margins.

Student Data Printout
It would be very helpful if the Student Data Printout report could have the option to include Emergency Contacts, Medical Information and Contacts Red Flags.
