Data Validation - option to allow visibility of District scoped validations for the associated school users
We have a few validations that despite being tuned to work decently well when run for a single school, still require a fair amount of complexity, which would be more effectively implemented as a single execution for the whole set of affected schools rather than repetitively performing the logic per school (we have 120+ ‘schools’).
Having validations that are scoped to the District can be useful and having the ability to use the SchoolCode column to associate to specific schools is great!
This idea would leverage this school association feature to optionally allow the results from the District validation to also be visible to the appropriate associated school level users.
This has a few benefits that I can see:
1) District level users will also see these school related District validations when reviewing results at the school level, allowing visibility of related results together.
2) Avoid the need to create essentially a copy of a validation simply to allow school level users to see these school related validations.
3) Allow expensive validations to be run once at the District level and provide results to various schools efficiently.

Related to this, it would be helpful under the Data Validations Config if there was an option to exclude specific users. So one tab specifies Responsible Groups and another tab specifies Responsible Users, but you could add yet another tab called "Excluded Users." The reason is we have a large county of education with lots of complexity and numerous people have read/write access to numerous sites. So they are all getting the Data Validation emails. But many of them are not responsible (and should not be responsible) for the Data Validation emails they are getting for sites they have read/write access to. So the automated emails are confusing them. That's just one use case, but there may be others. So it would be nice to have an exclude list where specific people can be excluded from receiving emails for sites they have read/write access to.
