Allow us to add additional logos (such as WASC) on Transcripts
Another local school gave our principal a transcript that had a few logos (like WASC) and now she really wants this on our transcripts. This would be in addition to a district or school logo, and different than the existing watermark feature.

Notify portal-enabled contacts when a new fee is added to Financials
When adding a new fee to a student in Aeries Financials, it would be helpful if there was a mechanism to send an email and/or push notification to the linked portal accounts. As it is now there is no notification, and the fee is not obvious to a parent when visiting the portal in either the browser or mobile app, so it is very easy for the parent to not even realize that a fine was assessed until much much later. Ability for Rubric scores to import from Google into the Aeries Gradebook
The aeries/google integration does not work properly with "rubric" grades (which is what we use in order to use a 4 point system). We would like the assignments and scores to port over from classroom to aeries seamlessly. Right now we have to open aeries and change EVERY assignment, EVERY time we do an import, to a rubric assignment.

Create a Report that Lists Students with Scheduling Exclusions
A report to list all students with SED records would be helpful. Since the SED table is copied from year-to-year, and copied from a feeder school, SED records may need to be changed or deleted.

Scheduling Page Setup Processes
On the Scheduling Setup page, the new option in the initializing of the SMS table confuses the order to use these options:
Do Nothing with the SMS Table, but Copy Flex Periods (FTF)
Blank out the SMS Table
Copy current master schedule (MST) table to the new SMS table.Blanking out the SMS table does not copy the FTF table, but it does warn that the FTF table for next year will be deleted. Should blanking out the SMS table have an option to NOT delete the FTF table? Or, should the training be done to blank out the SMS…

Add Color Coding to Flex Periods
Similar to the ABS table, add color coding to the Flex Periods. District with various program supporting Flex Periods need an easy way to identify the periods when viewing the table.

Add a Warning on the Scheduling Setup Page for Flex Scheduling
From Trainers: If a district is transitioning to Flex for the first time and they copy over MST each, they must reach out to support for the conversion. So if they select the Flex option - a popup should appear that states something like, "If transitioning to Flex the copy MST feature is not enabled. Select the Scheduling Students into classes for Next Year option and contact support to enable for Flex". Also, if converting to Flex for the first time, the Copy MST should be disabled and not an option.

Query results for the HSG table
Query Results - When running a query on the Graduation Status (HSG) table, the TOTAL shows before the Z Subject Area Code. Could the sort be fixed so that TOTAL comes after Z or the last Subject Area Code?

Gradebook - Allow teachers to choose whether options are remembered when adding assignments
Aeries recently amended the Add Assignment table in teachers gradebooks where Aeries remembers the last assignment added by the teacher, as far as category, number correct possible and points possible. Teachers are requesting the ability to opt out of this feature where the number correct possible and points possible defaults back to 0 and the category defaults back to the top instead of remembering their last entry when adding assignments into their gradebook.

Bell Schedule - Copy to Multiple Days
It would be helpful in some situations, such as when schools may fluctuate between schedules due to the pandemic, to be able to quickly copy a single bell schedule to multiple days at once instead of having to set the schedule one day at a time. Being able to multi-select days by either control-click, checkbox, or some kind of "copy to all subsequent regular days of same name" (so all following mondays, or tuesdays, etc as the currently selected day) would be great.

Hide Current Info from Students and Parents during Grading Window- Extended!
Hi!
I think the feature in Portal Options- "Hide Current Info from Students and Parents during Grading Window" should have the option to be extended and not only be during the window but also have a manual date option. The rationale is so that we can close the teachers grading window and then finalize the reporting process. We always have changes that are submitted after the window closes, before we upload the report cards into RCH and the way it is now, parents/students can view the grades before we finalize. "Student with Consecutive Absences" and "Class List by Section" report is truncating long students names
"Students with Consecutive Absences" and the "Class List by Section" report - add an option to print Landscape or allow the full name to be printed by word-wrapping long student names. Currently, long student names are truncating.

Gradebook Summary Report - Add Ability to run from Admin Portal under View All Reports
Currently you can only run the Gradebook Summary by Student report from the admin portal with a teacher selection option. It would be extremely helpful to administrators if they could run the Gradebook Summary Report that is available in the Teacher Portal to review the current status of a teacher's entire class/gradebook.
