Consolidate multiple staff email addresses
I would like to see email addresses consolidated to the staff table and limited to just 2 or 3 addresses (Main email, alt. email, Google email). From there they should be linked to other tables via the Staff ID.
Currently there are about 4 places where an email address can be assigned to a staff member and none are linked so all can be different: Security, Staff record, Teacher record, and Google Email address (security record?). Systems that integrate with Aeries cannot pull the Google email via API and with 3 different locations for staff email addresses we regularly have…8 votes -

Create option to delete recurring assignments in bulk
We have had a teacher create over 100 recurring assignment. It created over 100 of the same assignments in 5 gradebooks. Would like the option to delete recurring assignments in bulk instead of teacher deleting individually.

Create Substitute Teacher Accounts - When a school is assigned in STA then the staff member shows up in the Create Substitute Teacher page.
When school site staff go to create a substitute account the page shows all staff members associated with that school. Can this be updated so that it only shows staff members (Teachers) currently assigned to a school.

The ability to add multiple responsible stakeholder in the 504 plan in the accommodations area per accommodation
In the 504 plan you have to add the same accommodation several times if you want more than one responsible stakeholder for that accommodation. The ability to add multiple stakeholders to a single accommodation would be helpful and save a little time.

This report could be more helpful if it included report filters or a KEEP query option to narrow down the results to certain years, especially current records, as opposed to listing all historical program records.

Financials & District Assets
Financials needs to talk to student assets, and also to assets. When assets are moved to financials, but also when charges are paid or removed from financials the student's assets need to be adjusted and the assets need to reflect that the item is now out of service.

Print ID Cards - add the ability to add suicide hotline and crisis numbers in accordance with a new state law.
Any public or private school (including higher education and K-12) that issues pupil identification cards must have printed on at least one side of the card the telephone number for the National Domestic Violence Hotline, 1-800-273-8255 and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 1-800-273-8255.8 votes -
Contacts - Add Separate Mailing and Residence Address
Currently contacts only allows for 1 address field. It would be nice if a 2nd address field could be added to be able to add home address and mailing address. Specifically for students who have parents that live and receive mail at 2 different locations. This would also help line up fields with AERIES and SEIS integration.

Add "Approved Document Requests" to the Data Confirmation report
Really, parent data confirmation is not complete for us until all documents are uploaded and approved. It would be nice to see that docs are either approved or pending in the Data Confirmation report.
