Hide Schedule for Future Term - Improved Logic

Background
During summer parents are able to complete re-registration. Schools do not want their schedules/classes/teachers to be show to parents/students. The feature above works during active terms,
just not during summer.
In order to hide this information, we must change "Portal Groups" for parents & students so they can not see schedules ( SEC, GBS ). This is a painful process when updating 15 schools, 3 portal groups ( parents, students , restricted parents ). This should be automated and mapped to the terms table to make the process easier

We just had this issue with students and parents able to see future schedules by going into the Class History page in their portal accounts. We had them blocked from seeing future terms in the portal group but they found a way arround it. We are a Trimester calendar school.

Also CAR please. Currently, checking the box does not hide Class History for future terms.
