Allow the Golden State Seal (GSS) Merit Diploma page to update the Activities (ACT) records prior to graduation. Add a date field that can be populated with the graduation date.

Allow dashboards to be created for Custom Tables
Now that we're moving toward the idea of distance learning through next school year, it could be really helpful to have a Dashboard for the Wellness page which was created using a custom table (once we start using it!) that would work like the Assertive Discipline and Interventions dashboards to quickly drill down into the various categories of Wellness.

Online Enrollment on the Aeries app, to include document upload
Online Enrollment should be completed as easily as possible using the Aeries mobile app. If the parent doesn't have a device, schools can provide ipads for parents to use to take pictures of items like address verification, birth certificates, immunizations, etc.

Option to Print Language Information on SBG Cards Based on Language Fluency
In Standards Based Options, there's a setting to control whether the language information prints by Report Card Type. It would also be useful to be able to designate certain languge fluencies to have it print, so that - for example - EO students do not have a number of empty fields on the report cards.

Email Log - Allow Users (Non-Teachers) to View
We have Counselors and Principals/APs sending families emails. They are communicating graduation and college information. It would be very beneficial if they could have an Email Log. This would help in knowing what information was sent and copying to send to other students.

Multiple GPAs
We would like to be able to display multiple GPAs on student transcripts, e.g one GPA only for regular high school classes, those taken within the the district and those that transfer students bring in from other high schools when they move into our district. We would like to see a separate GPA for all grades that are brought in by students who complete college and university classes, and another GPA for for courses students complete through private, online vendors/platforms.

Online Enrollment - Add Student Date of Birth to Completed Enrollment email sent to Staff
We would like the email notification of completed enrollments that are sent to staff from Online Enrollment to include the student’s Date of Birth. Currently, it is only sending a name and we see potential issues when multiple students share common names in our district.

Analytics Dashboard Groups in list of Dashboards
Allow custom dashboards to be organized into groups in the dashboard list. For example more than just "My Dashboards" and "Shared Dashboards". Have dashboards groups like: Grades Dashboards, Attendance Dashboards, and have the ability to place dashboards into those groups.

Allow Code Categories to Control Visibility
For the PGM, INV, ADS and other "multi-function" screens, it would be very useful to have the available codesets filtered by which codes are chosen.
Some interventions might have different results than others, for example, or different Services or other codes might be relevant to different programs.

Attendance - Quick Print - Make Elementary Consistent With Secondary Design
Please make elementary quick print attendance to look like secondary attendance quick print. The non-uniformity causes difficulty when we present attendance to the district attorney at the student attendance review board meetings. We also have follow-up SARB meetings in which we can't present the last two weeks of an elementary student like we can for secondary students. Instead, we have to right click on elementary attendance, save as PDF and then manipulate to read exactly like secondary attendance.

New Medical Letters
Create the option to generate medical letters (medical referrals, vision referrals, missing vaccination notice etc.) that save to student’s profile.

Hello, we wanted to let you know that we have added the ability to create letters for students with missing and/or expired Immunizations with the 8/4/23 update.
Please see: Immunization Letters The remaining Medical Letters are still under review. We will continue to provide updates as the other items are scheduled for development.
