Teacher Report for CRS Average Marks from Load Grades from GBK
Create a Report for the teachers to print the Course Average Marks similar to the "Load Grades from Gradebook" page in the fourth step(4) using the options in the second step.

Create an option on the District GPA Configuration page to calculate by courses taken rather than credits attempted.

Missing Attendance Report - clear all missing attendance for the day
I submitted the ticket below and was told Missing Att is intended to be run daily. That is understood but it is often not feasible to correct all missing teacher attendance that quickly, especially with over 70 teachers on staff. Having an option to clear all missing att classes by day or in some large chunk would be beneficial.

Include TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) on the TREx Student Record Export
TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) is not included in the TREx Student Record Export. Requesting this be added so that when students transfer out of district their withdrawal grades are included electronically.

Define Email Text to use CON
For Define Email Text to be able to use the CON fields instead of the STU fields when creating the letters. Currently it uses the STU for NM so if a Contact changes their Contact information and in Define Email Text if you have it set up as Dear [NM] it will say Dear NM (coming for the STU) even if it is changed by someone who's name is not on STU. You should be able to address the letter to the person who made the changes to their account using CON.NM

GBK: Assignments by Students and Formative/Summative to view
Add the Assignment Type (Formative - F or Summative - S) on this view. This would allow teachers to view student performance on assigned courses - especially in a Standard - Based gradebook for secondary students.

Allow assignments to be sorted by Date Assigned in Add Assignments by DEFAULT
All assignment numbers currently default to being sorted by Due Date. The class options page only allows you to sort by number in the Scores by Class page. When you go to the Add Assignment page, it automatically shows assignments by Due Date. You have to click the # button to sort it by number and every time you enter and edit an assignment, the page reverts to being sorted by Due Date. Waiting for the page to reload by # each time is time consuming.

Add field level permission for the GRD table for Teacher Portal Group
We use Canvas and export their grades into Aeries. However Canvas do not have comments, and we have to open the grading window to teachers to add their comments.
It would be so helpful to allow the security module to enable field level permissions for the GRD table. That will allow my district to just have teachers update the comments fields without touching the M1 through M6 marks.

Create Option to Lock Counseling Free Text Field
Create the ability to Lock Down the Free Text field on the Counseling Page so that No Notes can be added. Make this option at the District Level.

Career Pathways Management - Add Report
The Career Pathways Management Screen is great! But sometimes a screen isn't available to show people and I need to be able to print out this screen. Or a report that shows the same information. CTRL+P makes a mess.

OneRoster - Allow Assignments to Automatically Have "Grading Complete"
Please create an option to automatically set the "grading complete" status for assignments created via oneroster grade passback or API. Alternatively, please add a "mark all grading complete" button to the gradebook interface.

Option to Recalculate Attendance Letter Counters in STU
In addition to being able to "Zero Student Absence Letter Counters", I think it would be helpful to have a "Recalculate Student Absence Letter Counters" option.
The function would evaluate the LTL table for the current year records and re-calculate what the counter should be based on those records. I find the counters get out of synch often and it's not a case where we want to reset to 0, but reset to what they should be based on the LTL table.

Create a process to load grades from Gradebook using the multi-school access option.
Allow teachers to load grades from Gradebook when using the multi-school option. Currently teachers can associate multi-school gradebooks, however they cannot load the grades without changing school sites.
