Auto hide deceased contact in Aeries
If a parent is tagged as deceased, instead of deleting data which is a horrible practice, can the 99 tag auto hide from the parent and student accounts.

Different Tardy Notices in Communications
Can we have more than one Tardy notification in Communications? We need to send a letter when students have 5, 10,20,30,40,50 total tardies. As of right now, the only way to accomplish this is through District Attendance Letters and this is a manual process. It would be nice this could be added to Auto Notices in Communications.

Non-Suit Reporting
We want to have a column on Aeries like attendance where we can mark students non-suits. Have the column linked to messages where when we mark the non suit it will automatically call and inform the parents similar to absences and tardy. Also, have it keep a running total of the non-suits so that the student, parent, teachers, and admin can view at any time.

Free and Reduced CALPADS Information to Follow CALPADS FRPM Data Collection: Required Forms for Schools in 2022-23 *changes are due to AB
Create Report options or functions to ensure that students are following the CALPADS FRPM Data Collection: Required Forms for Schools in 2022-23*changes are due to AB 130 (2021-22 budget trailer bill for education) California Universal Meals Program.
Districts are not allowed to lower the students eligibility during the 5 year cycle. Create options that move students into the next year's eligibility to ensure that the district is in compliance with the LCFF requirements as outlined in the attached form.

Auto email teacher to notify of missing attendance until attendance is posted.
Auto email teachers to notify of missing attendance until attendance posted. Times could be based on period, ADA time or the portal setting. For example, if a teacher has until 5PM to take attendance for classes other than ADA, the teacher would get an auto email at 3:00, 4:00, 4:30, etc to remind the teacher to enter attendance.

Google Classroom Test
Please allow the importing of scores for assignments even if they have not been returned in google classroom. Currently if we assign a test in google classroom we have to return the test/quiz for the scores to be imported. Returning the test gives students the ability to view the entire test/quiz even if all options to share that information is selected off.

Batch marking assignments complete after an overnight auto Google Classroom Sync
When grades are imported from Google Classroom, they are not marked complete. You must individually mark each assignment complete by using the drop-down, then Aeries spins to make new calculations before you can move on to the next assignment. Can you please make a way that we can batch mark assignments complete? Perhaps an assignments page where you can mark them from there and then save that page?
This is different from when manually entering grades and it defaults to making the assignment as complete when entering in grades.

Test Scores - Add a color legend to display directly on the Test Scores page that will indicate what each test performance level value corresponds to.

Expand LAC.EIT to support "IAELPAC" which is a standard state test
The LAC.EIT (English Test Name) field needs to be expanded from varchar(6) to support the new Initial Alternate ELPAC test... which Aeries imports as TST.ID = "IAELPAC" (which is 7 characters).
This idea is somewhat related to another idea regarding how Aeries handles the Alternate ELPAC tests.

Parent Data Confirmation Status Report Restricted Contact
For Data Confirmation when a student has a restricted record to not show contacts when the parent does parent data confirmation they do not see the contacts tab but are able to complete parent data confirmation. For the Data Confirmation Status Report the student shows up on both reports. The Competed and incomplete report. Can you please consider updating the logic on the report so that students in such (admittedly rare) circumstances do not show up on the incomplete DC report?

Ability to Print CAASPP Parent Reports by Teacher/Grade
It would be super helpful to be able to print the parent score reports for the CAASPP by teacher and grade level. There is no option for this past 2019 currently in Aeries. Printing these reports from TOMS is not as efficiently organized.
