Allow users to download unmatched student report as Excel
When importing test results in the current year, there are a large number of students who have graduated/are no longer enrolled with us (i.e. importing 2021-22 ELPAC scores into the 2022-23 database). It would be helpful to be able to download the unmatched students report as an Excel document in order to filter out the graduates and then search specifically for the students whose name changed.

Ability to link Specific Aeries Academy Links to a New User's - Prompted to complete upon first log in
I was wondering if the amazing programmers at Aeries would be able to add hyperlinks to online self-paced trainings relevant to specific tasks in Aeries that can then be linked to an user account. When the new user logs into Aeries, they would be prompted to proceed with all the trainings linked to their user account. They would not be permited to proceed and utilize Aeries; no "skip" option. The user must complete the self paced training(s) that are linked to their Aeires user account. HR would be able to see the expected time needed for a user to complete…

Ability to Override API Data by Vendor
Sometimes the way we have data in Aeries causes issues with a vendor. For example, we bus students between schools every period for singleton classes that are only offered at one school. This can cause issues with vendors that are rostering classes based on school and section rather than period and staff member.
A lot of issues like this could be resolved by my staff if we could modify the data using data mapping rules similar to CALPADs extracts. For example, we could upload all students and classes as a District instead of schools so that a teacher can see…

Staff Assignment won't let you give an assignment at the District unless the District is the Primary School
When a staff member has a staff assignment at the district and their Primary School in Staff it pulls both records from the Primary School. The Staff Assignment won't let you put in the District School. In order for this to work for CALPADS reporting the District has to be the Primary School even when that is not the case.

Allow Teachers defined in Staff Sections to print Weekly Attendance report
In Flex Scheduling--We would like teachers who are defined in Staff Sections, that can take attendance and do Gradebooks, to have the ability to print the Weekly Attendance Report. Right now, only the Primary Teacher can print Weekly Attendance Reports.

Co-Teacher identification in different screens
Students can view co-teachers (TCH#2) on the classes and grades screen, but not on the profile, gradebook summary, or printed report cards. Teachers, parents, and students are asking for these screens to be update to view the second teacher (TCH#2).

CALPADS SENR and SPRG ODS Process for Multiple CDS codes
Modify the CALPADS SENR and SPRG ODS process to allow uploading multiple schools with different CDS codes within one Aeries database. This would help Charter schools and COEs.

Check box to allow or disallow parents to view student alias
Have an option to show or not show the student alias to parents in the parent portal/reports cards etc... For instance, if a student has an alias but the parents are not aware there should be an option for admin to check so that the legal name shows on all documents like report cards and parent portals but keeps the student portal showing the alias. This way we are not outing students and also not deadnaming them.

Lock Student and Parent accounts for Parent Data Confirmation
If you choose to use lockout mode for Parent Data Confirmation have an option to also lock the associated student accounts so that students can't see their student portal until their parent has done the data confirmation.

Classroom Number Limit
Our admins would like to create new classroom numbers to distinguish between classes for another school. Currently the limit is 6 characters for classroom number. They would like it increased to 10 characters.

Add the incident number to the Suspension Attendance report
This is a great report for cross checking discipline data. It would be a complete cross check if it included the incident number.

Add SELA ODS language to LAC table/Language Assessment page
Add a field to Language Assessment page (LAC table) for SELA ODS language, next to EAC and EAD, so that we could see the language in the SELA ODS file for those students that have a discrepancy in language. The biggest reason for this is those students that we have marked EO, but are not EO in CALPADS. Right now we have to lookup each student in CALPADS to find their language, even though it's in the SELA ODS extract.

Can the Search function for looking for a student already in the database before adding a student be changed to be exclusive when new search
Can the Search function for looking for a student already in the database before adding a student be changed to be exclusive when new search elements are added instead on inclusive (for example, currently if I do a search for Smith, John I get all Smith last name plus all John first name, as opposed to only students with exactly Smith last name and John first name)

Term Column and dropdown on Academic Plans should honor terms - exclude Summer when not set as a term
We do not want 'Summer' Term to show up on our Academic Plans when a school does not have a 'Summer' Term configured. The documentation states that the terms on the Academic Plan follows the Terms that are configured -- but this is not the case regarding Summer.

Reports that are pulling Parent Names need to include the Contact table
Reports need to have the ability to produce label label names or lists based on Contact date (CON.CD) and not STU.PG. Contact tables needs to be included in any report that is searching for parent names. Label Report, Parent Listings, etc.

Create a Log Report with Table Options
Create a log report where the user can select from the various tables and have options for filtering the results. Such as: Student ID, School, Grade, etc.
