Add custom dates and location assignment for user permissions
It would be helpful to be able to enter custom stop and stop dates for users with site assignments for Clerical Substitutes. We often have subs work at many sites during the week, If we could preload their schedules of access prior to the day of assignment, it would help streamline a daily process while only providing access to the site they are working on during a given timeframe.

Online Enrollment Import - School Entry Date
Make school entry date visible and changeable on the Import Student Data page, rather than fixed as the current date, so imports being performed prior to the start of the school year can be set to the correct school entry date before the record is imported. As it works right now, the date has to be changed after the STU record is created.

Supplemental Attendance: Electronic Signature
The ASES grants has a requirement where students need to be signed in and out. At sign out, either the student, parent or staff member must sign/initial. We would like a feature that allows for electronic signatures so we can go completely paperless.
Other 3rd party vendors have such features with parents having a code at check out specific to the adult picking up the child, but these systems do not integrate well with Aeries, specifically supplemental attendance.

Allow NON-ADMIN users the ability to query LOG
We have school office staff who we'd like to be able to query the LOG table, but only ADMIN users can access it. Please move LOG to a separate security access level.

When using Quick Print on a page, Suppress the All Rights Reserved verbiage from printing.

Extend CON.FN character max from 20
Currently the CON.FN field has a character max of 20. This is not enough characters for some parent first names. Please allow customization for this.

Delete Linked contact from Demo when Deleted from Contacts
Please have linked contact information auto-delete from the student's Demographics page when the contact record is deleted from Contacts.
We had a parent lose custody of their student and when the contact record was deleted we later realized, that the system did not delete it from the linked telephone fields STU.FW, STU.FX, STU.MW, or STU.MX. Even though that number no longer existed in Contacts.

Contact First Name should be increased for longer names
The Contacts First Name (CON.FN) field should be increased to accommodate names longer than 20 characters.

Profile Page should default to user set viewing options
Profile Page should default to user-set viewing options. Currently, viewing options reset with each page change. This causes repeated and unnecessary keystrokes.

Attendance Letters - Options to sort attendance letters
Option to have letters be sorted in the same way at the school level vs district level batches. Currently, school level letters printed are sorted by student ID. District level is sorted by student last names.

Immunization Dates
When a user attempts to change dates on the immunization form that are out of order, the dates are rearranged chronologically upon saving for IMM records where changes were not made. The data should be saved exactly as entered by the customer.

Force login anytime the EM2 app is accessed, preventing the "remember me" feature from being enabled.

Ability to set Contact Records Correspondence Language for Large Print or Braille
Hello, we are needing to tag specific parent contact records to receive their correspondence in Large Print or Braille and there is currently no way to code this in the CL fields.
The only workaround option I can think of is to possibly use a user code in the contact record to code this data, which can be queried, but it would be nice if this could be hard coded in the CL field to ensure that parents can read our correspondence when they have visual impairments.

Need more Analytics levels/categories
Analytics needs more than 5 levels or categories. For example, when trying to create a dashboard for grade levels I have to group the grades so it's all included but then the data becomes irrelevant because I need it by grade and not grade group.
Another example is Race/Ethnicity. There are not enough levels to list every race separately. I know there is the Race/Ethnicity dashboard under LCAP but I am trying to make things easier for our staff by having one dashboard (Enrollment and Subgroup) they can navigate to since so many already find analytics not user-friendly.

Parent/guardian preferred method of contact
Under each contact, they should have a preferred method of contact as a priority list ie 1) Text 2) Phone 3) Email. This would save so much time and headache!
