If possible, there should be a mass add function for the Records Access Log (RAL) in Aeries. Here in my school district, we have one major comprehensive high school for students. Most, if not all of our students go this high school. The process to enter in the information when we receive the student's cumulative folders can be a lengthy process, even for our elementary school sites when they have to mark it into their Aeries RAL. This would also benefit our elementary sites when first creating a cumulative folder for a student and then updating the RAL stating that a cumulative folder exists.
