Language Assessment - Add Additional Follow Up Date and Code Fields
CDE requires that we monitor reclassified students for 4 years after reclassification. At our district we monitor students twice per year for a total of 8 follow-ups. We'd like Aeries programmers to add 2 more entry fields in language assessment so that we can record the monitoring information in the language screen.

Inactive Courses - hide and prevent scheduling students into inactive classes
For courses, hide Inactive courses by default on the Courses page. Also prevent students from being scheduled into inactive courses including in course Attendance. Currently inactive courses get a yellow ribbon.

Would like to print a saved query letter from student screen instead of having to do it from the query page.

Course Requests - Add more fields in the "Add Many New Records" section
Our school/district has been asking to add more sections into the "Add Many New Records." Right now it's capped at 10 and we need a max of 15. Is there any way this can be updated?

Information confirmation status report from parent data confirmation does not include pre-enrolled students
Would like the ability to select pre-enrolled students for this report. We currently have to run a query.

Parent Portal - Email Reconfirmation Option
Add in a way to force re-verification of parent portal username / email accounts after a set time.
Issue: Parents are not updating their Parent-Portal email address ( username ). Since we use this email for Teacher communication through Aeries, this causes both bounce-backs and communication problems.
-- Yearly / Set date of execution.
-- Parent would get an email with a single link ( no VPC needed again ) to "re-verify" their email.
-- If the parent didn't verify, parent portal would 'lock' for access and prompt options:

Allow parents to upload student photos
Allow for the ability for parents to upload a student picture. This is useful for new incoming 9th graders since there won't be a picture day this year. There are alternatives, like creating a student document and requesting it that way, but there isn't a way to restrict file size/type/etc. A feature could be added that would allow for auto-resizing etc. that would be a benefit to a lot of districts this coming year.

Gradebook sort needs to be adjusted for GBK.PD > 9
Change the Gradebook sort to not use GBK.PD and instead use Start Time of the first section linked to the Gradebook. The gradebook sort is incorrect for gradebooks with gradebook period greater than 9. This is displaying incorrectly on the gradebook reports, dashboard and other various areas in Aeries.

Online Enrollment / PDC Authorizations Should Align
The online enrollment authorizations and the Parent Data confirmation Authorizations need to be the same format. We have data issues because the questions in AIR can only be answered the same way and the questions in PDC can be answered by just opting out or we've changed the answer to y/n etc. we would like the AIR authorizations to have the same set up choices as the PDC authorizations (choice of wording, require/not required, etc).

Emergency Card Option to Print Custom Text
In the parent data confirmation you can add custom text to your report cards. If a parent doesn't have a printer then we have to print the emergency card for the parent and there is no way to add that custom text. I would like the option to be able to add the custom text to the Emergency Cards that are printed from the admin portal and then choose whether you want it printed or not.

Allow Teacher and User Account Name Changes on Staff page
Allow Admin users to edit the Teacher and User record Last Name and First Name information from the Staff Page. This would make it possible to do a name change in one place instead of having to go to three different places to do it

Prior Year Grade Report/Transcript Changes - Auto Update Future Year Transcripts and Report Card History
When a grade is changed, users are given the opportunity to update the transcript (grade history). When a grade is changed in a past year, it would be useful if users were given the opportunity to both update the report card history (and have that roll forward to the new year) and the new year's transcript data, too.

Providing secure surveys through parent portal
We always seem to run into issues when conducting surveys through Google Forms––we don't want to require our parents to have a Google account, but then that limits our ability to narrow down our Form configurations. On the other hand, we really don't want our surveys to be spammed or misused, etc. We really would love to collect secure, accurate responses when surveying parents.
Having a custom survey feature built right into Parent Portal would be ideal: secure and direct.

Have a "status page" for end users showing various stats for troubleshooting
Status page could include quick glance things such as:
- SQL Server time vs Web Service Time vs NIST time (error if not in sync)
- Database Version
- Web Version
- Reporting server version
- Web server IIS version
- SQL Server version
- Various quick tests for performance
- Check for TLS
- Check for forced https
- Test to see if they can view SVG images
- Test for special fonts (barcode/wingdings2)
- Much more

College Request Page - Printing to Colleges
Two Issues:
When selecting the Print Transcripts button on a student's College Request page, although re-directed to the Transcript Report form to make selections, the student must be re-selected from the student dropdown. Users should not need to reselect the students as they were directed to this page from the student's College Request Page.
After printing the transcripts to colleges, the print tag does not clear. For a registrar, they must undo for all the colleges and monitor this manually. That's a lot of clicking.

Behavioral Emergency - Add Date Filters to the Behavioral Emergency Report
Since the BER table contains the full history of incidents for students, we would like to be able to filter the Behavioral Emergency Report by a date range, so we can easily find only incidents in the current school year

Add Secondary Student Data (SSD) information to API
Please add data from the SSD (Secondary Stu Data) table, specifically AVID data, to the API. It would be much more intuitive to pull this data from the API vs directly from the SQL

District Attendance Letters - Grace Period Until SART Meeting and Sort Options
Adding a Grace Period option would REALLY help our attendance specialists stop having to peruse Letter 2 attendance letters for possible deletion due to grace period conditions not being met.
One more suggestion if I may...It would be great to have the option to be able to sort district attendance letters by Letter Number, then by School...and alternatively by School, then by Letter Number when printing.
