Have option not to show deceased student on attendance roster
We have some upset teachers that a recently deceased student is still showing up on the roster as a "Dropped Student" after 5 days. I'm sure there can be a more thoughtful way of handling this in Aeries to have the option to hide or shorten the number of days deceased students show up on the roster.

Allow a Keep option for reports and on rosters
Include a KEEP query button for reports so we have the option to KEEP students that were on the report. This would be helpful for any report for a teacher roster, gradebook, or where there are certain conditions of selecting the students on the report (ex. Repeated courses).

Add Renaissance Learning Test information to LCAP
Add Test ID "REN" for Renaissance Learning to the LCAP dashboard so we can pull information through LCAP Dashboard process.

Create a Gradebook Summary Exception Listing Report
In the Admin Portal, it would be extremely helpful if we had a Report similar to the Grade Report Exception Listing, but for the Gradebook Summary current mark. At the secondary level, our Counselors would like to easily run a list of students who are currently failing their classes and compare it to the grade they had on their last report card. So it would be very helpful if in the Gradebook Summary Report we could select the Grade Marks to narrow down the report to just the most current "F" grades.

Ed-Fi - Please include SQL in Ed-Fi mapping documentation
The Aeries Ed-Fi version 2x documentation included in the SQL which helped with diagnosing error messages and understanding the source of data being transmitted from Aeries to the ODS. The Aeries Ed-Fi version 3x documentation does not included in the SQL. Please add this information to the 3.x documentation

Daily Medical Log - create a read-only view
Currently, a user can only see Daily Medical Log if given Read AND Insert permission to MED, which a lot of the time the user should not have Insert permission to MED. Would be great to be able to grant a user viewing rights only to Daily Medical Log: Read to MED, and not having to also give the user Insert rights to MED.

Medications - Email sent to nurse
Under Medications, send an email reminder to the nurse of record at that school site when a student's medication is down to so many pills remaining.

Data Confirmation - allow authorizations to be required even if only one option is available
In the Parent Data update options, allow an Authorization to be required even if it just to accept the Authorization. Right now it has to be set to Accept or Deny in order to be required. We have many Auths that we just want to parents to Accept, but get skipped if not required.

Define Required Fields by School
Allow for breaking down required fields by school site. This would come in handy when dealing with schools that are not general ed and need to ensure accurate reporting to Calpads and other agencies. One such example is our Adult Ed school in which we often have grade levels entered as 12 when they should be AD (Adult).

Print button for individual Discipline records
Add a print button when entering an individual discipline record instead of having to print all discipline records. Note: This is Discipline (not Assertive Discipline). There is currently no way to print an individual record.

Consolidate multiple staff email addresses
I would like to see email addresses consolidated to the staff table and limited to just 2 or 3 addresses (Main email, alt. email, Google email). From there they should be linked to other tables via the Staff ID.
Currently there are about 4 places where an email address can be assigned to a staff member and none are linked so all can be different: Security, Staff record, Teacher record, and Google Email address (security record?). Systems that integrate with Aeries cannot pull the Google email via API and with 3 different locations for staff email addresses we regularly have…8 votes -
Master Schedule - Add Teacher Filter
Add filter to MST/SMS to search for sections by teacher. Current workflow when troubleshooting is: Go to Teachers. Search. Click a section. Click the Teacher Name to go back to Teachers. Click the next section, etc.

Students with Free and Reduced Meals
This report could be more helpful if it included report filters or a KEEP query option to narrow down the results to certain years, especially current records, as opposed to listing all historical program records.

Aeries Mobile App Demo
Is it possible to create an Aeries Mobile App Demo? We would like to show our parents how the mobile app works and how to sign in or create their accounts using the mobile app. Our parents require a lot of hands-on support and having an Aeries Mobile app demo would be wonderful.

Data Validations Pop Up windows
Have the "Possible Cause" and "Possible Solution" windows pop up to fully display the cause or solution when clicked or hovered over.
Many times users do not scroll and assume that what's on the screen currently is the entire solution or cause for the validation.

Rollover - Option to Bypass AUT Table
Could AUT be added to the Districtwide Roll Over settings of tables to skip? Similar to ATN, FRE, FEE, etc.
I know our district would prefer to NOT roll AUT because we ask the parents to do their Authorizations every year, so having the option to Bypass AUT would be great! Then I wouldn't have to depend on my IT Dept to remove entries in the new year database.
