School Name Dropdown - Search Feature
A search feature on the school drop down would make it much faster to switch between schools. Districts currently have to scroll through all of their schools when looking for the correct one, and it can be especially irritating for larger districts.

Do not populate blank STU.SEM when option to Replace SEM is disabled in Google Sync
When the Google Sync Option 'Replace Existing Student Emails (STU.SEM) with Pattern' is disabled, any BLANK STU.SEM will be still be populated because there is no existing Student email value. No action should be taken on SEM when this option is disabled.

Warn user when leaving screen before clicking save or cancel -CNF or ADS
If the user is entering a counseling note or an ADS record, warn the user before leaving the screen to avoid losing work. They might click on Discipline or another screen while in edit mode before they click save and this causes the work to be lost. Clicking on another screen before selecting SAVE or Cancel in ADS will generate an empty blank record so a warning message would benefit for this situation.

Inactive Courses - hide and prevent scheduling students into inactive classes
For courses, hide Inactive courses by default on the Courses page. Also prevent students from being scheduled into inactive courses including in course Attendance. Currently inactive courses get a yellow ribbon.

Filter special characters in names before Google account creation.
Add the ability to filter special characters from a name before Google email address and account creation.
Ex: Filter out hyphens or apostrophes.

Allow the ability to scan into the Aeries Medical Log.
I am searching for a possible way that students could confidentially self sign-in to a computer that would coordinate with AERIES and populate into the daily medical log to alert the health clinic that they have arrived for a clinic visit. This would include just the student name/ID number, reason for visit, and time for example. The health office would be able to see the listing of students waiting in the daily medical log and be able to attend to their needs and document care given and time out accordingly.

Don't include absences made up with an ADA Make Up code in reports
Elementary sites give student, class, and grade awards for attendance. Absence Reports don't take ADA Make Up codes into account. We'd like a checkbox on all Absence Reports, namely Students with Absences, to not count records with an ADA make up code.

Special Programs Grade Field (PGM.EG)
Fix the Special Programs page to default the PGM.EG grade to the student's grade when adding a new record. Also fix Program History section to display EG = 0 as 0 instead of K.

Parent Portal Security - Hide Graduation Status menu for 6-8 schools
Graduation Status menu option in the portal can only be hidden by removing HIS from the portal group security. This should be connected to HSG rather than HIS.

Allows instructors to see very clearly what total points for each class are, and what the average percentage of all students is.

In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned
A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.5 votes -
Allow for an assignment due date to be different for an individual student
Allow for an assignment to be designated with a different assignment due date for individual students.

Online enrollment documents - disable function to add files from previous registrations
We would like to have the option to disable the function that allows parents to upload files from previous registrations in online enrollment. Parents are selecting residency files from registrations they completed 3 or 4 years ago and we require residency documents to be within the last 6 months. Our offices are having to contact the families to ask them to submit updated documents and then clear out the "bad files" from the Student Documents after importing the student.

Add School Year to Online Enrollment Email to Staff
Our staff would like to have the school year added to the online enrollment notification emails they receive. The email currently only lists name and grade level, and now that we are accepting pre-enrollments, the sites want to know if the enrollment is for the current year or the next year so they can priortize them correctly.

Allow calculating of GPA mid trimester
Add the ability to calculate a student's cumulative GPA mid-trimester.
During 3rd trimester, our counselors send home letters to 8th-grade students who are not meeting the 2.0 gpa. It is quite a task to hand calculate the GPAs for the number of students we have.5 votes
