View Teacher's sections within student class schedule
When viewing a student schedule, allow teacher name to be linked to view all sections for that teacher.

Classroom Attendance - Remove the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher button on Track Vacation Days
On the Classroom Attendance page, when there is a Track Vacation day, the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher button still shows. This is a visual issue only, no attendance is submitted or logged even if the button is clicked. To avoid confusion, please remove the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher button from Classroom Attendance since this is a non-attendance day for the Track.

Mass Change Period Absences - Allow existing absences to be overridden
Create an option to override existing absence codes with a report of the codes that were overwritten. This allows clerks to decide if they need to change a code back or not and would be less burdensome because there would be fewer corrections than the way that it works now.

A built in report in Aeries that scans the SIS for possible fatals per submission. Or similar reports to match TSDS reports like the Disaggregation report, CTE Reports, Leavers, ETC...

Parent Portal - Change Language While Logged In
Allow students/parents to switch languages after they logged in. Currenly language changes are limited to the login page before they log in, but the option to change languages is not available in account settings while student or parent is active in session with their account.

Missing Mark Listing report: unless "Ignore Records Marked as Complete" is checked, missing (and Required) Cit, W/H, Comments don't print
On Portal Options' Grades tab, I selected Require Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship.
On the Missing Mark Listing report, missing Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship don't print unless I have "Ignore Records Marked As Complete" selected.

Student Groups: Add Student(s) using Search by Class at elem w/MST
When manually adding students to a Student Group at an elementary with an MST (sc 996 Eagle Flight in demo), the Search by Class radio button is not available. Can this be added for every school that has an MST?

Legend for Attendance Roster
I would love it if the Attendance Rosters would print with a legend. When we have substitutes we get a variety of marks that have to be deciphered.

Disable autofill in the student demographic page's mailing address when adding new students or importing data
When importing data or adding a student, the mailing address fields are autofilled with what is in the school options. We then have to go back to delete the data. If disabled, then the fields would be manually filled out or left as blank.

Add the HIS.CO 'Special Course Title' to Issue Credit screens
When using the Issue Credit feature for sections marked with Alt Ed Scheduling - Please add a field to the 'manually add' pop-up screen - that will populate the HIS.CO 'Special Course Title' when posting to transcripts. We need these course specifics visible on the transcript screen. We use this to show how far along in the course the student reached.

Class Summary, change Meeting column name to "Other link"
On the Profile page under Class Summary the Meeting column name should be changed to "Other Link" to allow teachers to add a link to their web page to allow parents easy access. With the column named "Meeting", parents would be less likely to use the link.
Having a link to Google Classroom is sort of useless, as parents can't access that link and kid's don't need the link to get to their GC classes. The one-click MAKING of the GC classes is awesome, I just don't know if we need the space dedicated to a link to GC in…1 vote -
