Staff ID - Update to Allow Letters & Numbers in the ID
At this time Staff IDs only allow for numbers. Our District receives our Staff IDs from the county and they begin with a letter. Allowing the Staff ID to include Letters would help us have clean data between the county and the district.

Alert Feature for Specific Login
Allow district sto assign an alert when a specific user logs into the DB. We will be creating a login for our police department, with limited access, to use so that they can quickly contact families in the event of an emergency. Districts can create a login form MISC or various agencies that have authorized access to students. We would like to be have a feature that alerts our Aeries admin when an agency representative has accessed the DB.

Import Data Into Aeries for CON phone number fields do not allow import of special characters
When importing CON phone numbers using Import Data Into Aeries when a phone number has a special character for example International Numbers 8.21098E+09 it should not allow the import and error out since these fields do not allow Special Characters. Currently, it allows the import but then when you go to any of the student's pages example Contacts you get an error message

Student Grade Report
In order to get the credits to print on a student Grade Report, you have to first go to Grade Reporting Options and enable "Print Grade Report Class Rank"

On student search results, please show enrolled date, as well, so that we can easily choose the appropriate Demographics records? When a student has attended several schools in the district, it's not easy to choose the correct one without knowing the enrollment dates.

Make students have to Opt in to Endorsements
Currently, if an Endorsement has been created, students are automatically added when a student enrolls in or receives credits for a course that is required for an Endorsement. Students that do not want to participate in earning the endorsement have to opt out. Please reverse the process and instead make students have to opt-in to participate. This way only those participating in the program will see their progress on their Profile and Graduation Status Reports.

Rollover Dashboard
At times it felt like we were all over the place to complete not only the pre - rollover but also the rollover and the New School Year set up. In the Post rollover I found several comparison charts that helps to confirm the information was rolled correctly or to help find my errors such as the following;

Mark a Course Do Not Report
Mark a course DO Not Report (via radio button) without changing the State Course Code. For example, grades K-6 Self-Contained, which CALPADS doesn't want to be reported with EOY 1.

Staff record- Cell phone field
When editing a staff record, the edit window shows "mobile phone" and the display shows "Cell" could these be aligned so they show the same name to reduce confusion of what goes where?

Student Profile page: add ability to print most recent report card from Report Card History
The student Profile page is a one-stop shop for information on the student. Their most recent report card would be a valuable addition.

Standards Based Grades - Add previous and next arrows
When inputting grades etc. on the SBG, the only way to get to the next student is to use the dropdown menu. Having "previous" and "next" arrows, in addition to the dropdown, would be much more convenient. Please make it look like the Student Data pages.

Standard the teacher input page does not "wrap"
When some of the standards are very long (many words/characters) Aeries does not "wrap" the standard on the teacher input pages, which makes very difficult scrolling to the right and inputting grades.

Expand Intervention Details Category field
When you go to Interventions for a student and add or maintain Intervention Details, the Category field currently has a 3 character limit. We have some students where we need to enter four digits into this category field which is not currently possible. We would like the character limit for the Category field expanded to more than 3 characters.

Page of Ed Codes for back of Suspension letter
One of our sites mentioned that they are required to have the list of codes for the back of their suspension letters. Currently they have to print out their suspension letter then print on the back side of the page to include the codes. Could this be an automatic option to include a code page?

Automatic GTE general record addition with addition of test scores in GTT
Right now, in order to add GATE testing scores, you have a record in the General tab, even if it's blank, something needs to be there. It would be great if uploading of test scores would trigger a record being added to the GTE General table in order for the upload to go through.

Transcript - Add Override Weight button for Single Course History Record
When students are transferring schools and have received honors weighting for a specific course at their prior school, it would be nice to have an override weight button on the transcript table under more. Registrar's could then use an existing non-weighted course code in their course table that matches subject area and validation rules, yet have the ability to tag that specific HIS record as H (Honors) under more on the transcript table in order to weight the GPA for that individual HIS record.
The alternative would be to create multiple generic course codes in the CRS table that match…
