Student Singleton Conflict Report
Add a Scheduling Report that will show students who have singleton conflicts. This is different than a course vs course singleton conflict report.
Having a report that lists students who have a singleton conflict will reduce scheduling time significantly.

Aeries Attendance Summary - Display Period Attendance
High schools use period attendance but the attendance summary only displays daily attendance totals. This is confusing to parents when they see this in their parent portal when they are trying to calculate truancy or 90% attendance. If the attendance summary was updated to include period attendance totals this would be extremely helpful for high schools.

Add Page numbers to (3-Column) Transcript
The new enhanced 1-column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages, by displaying page numbers

Send Emails - Include District Settings CON.CD that identify the Parent/Guardian
The current setting for the Send Emails > Add Recipients page includes the Primary email address found in Demographics (STU.PEM), Contacts with AP = Y , which does not clarify that it is used for the Send emails option, the field only displays Portal?, and any linked portal accounts.
Since we now have gone to enabling in the District Settings > Codes Identifying Parent/Guardian in Contacts (CON.CD), the Send emails should also pull this information to be accessible to all teachers and support staff.

Letter Text Editor - I would like the permissions to be separate for attendance and discipline
We have set all of the attendance letters for the district and don't want anyone editing the info as they include ed. code and last year a site decided to make up their own. We took away editing permissions. However, that also affects the permissions for the APs to edit the suspension letters. It's all or none and I'd love for it to be separate so they can send what they need for discipline but have no access to change the attendance letters.

Multifactor Authentification-Add code generation in email
We implemented Multifactor Authentication this past summer. We have already had a teacher leave her phone at home and was unable to access Aeries. We would like for an option to receive a code via email to be added to this process.

Homeroom Teacher Automatically Assigned Based on Scheduled Classes
For scheduling purposes, it would be great if Aeries had a feature/setting where for the homeroom class (or any class) it can be automatically assign a teacher that the student has in one of their other scheduled periods.
In general terms, it would be the ability for a student's course to be automatically assigned a teacher based on certain parameters. I could see this being helpful with homerooms but also special cohorts.

Career Pathways (CTE) Widget
The Career Pathways widget under the profile screen is currently only triggered to display if a student has a CTE record. I’d like to recommend making this trigger customizable, allowing districts the flexibility to activate it based on CTE-tagged courses instead.

Currently you have to indivually make changes, which can add up to significant loading times.

Hide Overall Percentage on Gradebook Details page
When a teacher selects the option to "Hide the Overall Percentage" in their gradebook, it only applies to the Class Summary. The percentage is still visible on the Gradebook Details page. We would like for this option to hide the percentage everywhere in the system so parents are not able to see it at all.

Now that Initialize New Standards Based Grading Cycle can be run from district level, please allow Update SBG Attendance Totals to also be run from district level.

Global Messages - Option to Require User Acknowledgement
As users can now set their landing page upon login to something other than the home screen, it is possible--even likely--that important messages will go unseen.
Requesting an option for global messages that would display the message--at full size--the first time the user logs in with an OK or Acknowledged button that must be clicked before the user can move on to the landing page. After being acknowledged, the message would appear in the same way as any other global message.

Add the attribute "autocomplete:one-time-code" to the MFA input page
Because asking Aeries to follow industry standards (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/form-control-infrastructure.html#autofilling-form-controls:-the-autocomplete-attribute https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/form-control-infrastructure.html#attr-fe-autocomplete-one-time-code) is apparently a "feature request" issue and not a "bug report" issue, I am petitioning Aeries to properly implement this attribute so that the input field for the MFA prompt does not remember past codes entered, as seen in the attached file.

Primary Teacher - Ability to customize populated tabs
When a staff member is a primary teacher, it would be helpful if we could customize the prepopulated fields. Example would be a case carrier class where you do not want this course or the teacher reported to CALPADS. There is no way to remove the prepopulated yes.

Parent Portal - Hide Teacher Number as it is confused with Room#
On the first day of school, we found that when parents were seeing who their child's teacher is, they are seeing a number along with their teacher name. They mistook the number to be the room number which was a bit of a confusion for them. Can we show just the teacher name and now show the teacher code?

Gradebook - Have "SAVE" turn blue after entering Categories or changing Final Marks
Many times I have entered all my categories + percentages and changed all the final marks percentages, only to forget to click the 'SAVE' button -and then have to start all over entering them. I feel the SAVE button should turn blue once changes are made so it's easy to see and can't be forgotten.

Student Search Widget (with shortcuts)
Add a Student Search "widget" that can be added to the Admin user home page. Look similar to the Student Search box that comes up but also include links/shortcuts to search grade levels at the school, last name and gender.

Online Enrollment allow admin to manage certain fields and Authorizations by school site
Allow site based fields and Authorizations to be shown or hidden. For example: Student Mobile Phone we only want to collect at the high school level. Most of our Elementary students' parents enter their own cell phone since the student doesn't have one and then registrars have to delete it. Same for Authorizations...all parents registering have to answer questions that only apply to the high school.
