Attendance Letter - Option to Lock Options for School Users
Create an option to lock the School Options area of the Attendance Letters. This will keep the school options consistent across all schools as the district would set and maintain the options section.

Move single person roster to the top
Please consider moving the smaller roster to the top. For example my class of 33 students is listed first and I have to scroll all the way down to see my attendance roster for my T.A., and sometimes I miss it and forget to click the "All Remaining Students" are present button much to the frustration of our attendance clerks.
Thank you!

School Specific User Permissions or Overwrite Option to SAVE Queries
District-level department users need READ access to the District (SC = 0) and UPDATE access to specific schools (not the Inactive School). Having the School 0-District set as Read Only prevents them from the ability to SAVE to the Query table. This limits their ability to retain and share useful queries within our SIS.
Examples of staff include but limited to District level Data & Research Program Specialists, Nurse/Health Services staff, Special Ed staff and Family Resource staff.

Grade Rules: Drop and replace
I want to drop a low grade from the Quiz Category and replace it with the corresponding better grade in the "Test" category. Currently I can only replace quiz grades with other quiz grades or average quiz grades.

Gradebook Rules:
Add a new rule to grading rules that drops the lowest grade based on overall negative IMPACT.
I make each test worth more points so the first test of the semester is usually worth very little. If I use drop by lowest %, this first test is sometimes dropped when it really doesn't impact the grade much by the end of the semester. If I drop by negative weight, then an 79% on a 500 point test gets dropped instead of the 0 on the the 100 point test even though the 79% helps the student's grade.

Add Support File Enhancement to Special Ed Import Summary
When users receive the Special Ed Services Errors Report from the nightly import, the error only references the "Original Line Number" and "Error Description" without providing additional details or a student reference.
Enhance the report to include more specific information, such as the student ID associated student associated with the error, to make it easier for users to identify and resolve issues.

Student Profile Page: Collapsible Grad Status and College Entrance Requirements Sections
The updated Student Profile page removed the breakdown of credits needed by subject area, and the College Entrance Requirements became more prominent. While this is helpful to most comprehensive high schools, it's not beneficial to the Continuation High Schools since many of the students in a continuation high school are not UC/CSU bound. Is it possible to make the Grad Status and College Entrance Requirements sections collapsible?

For Report Cards
It may already be in place and my district just doesn't have it set up correctly. We have to go in and manually put in Quarter 1, Quarter 2 etc. Why can't it automatically put that on the top of the report card for the quarter we are printing? If we forget it will always say quarter 1 progress report.

Add the SPED case manager/IEP facilitator to the Student SPED Program banner
It would be very helpful if you can display the IEP facilitator/Case manager on the Student Program Banner next to Special Ed or Enter Date. I believe the field is CSE.LF. Thanks

Online Enrollment - Modify "Other District Enrollments"
Allow charter schools to modify the section that indicates "this district" as this is not applicable and confuses parents when they complete the enrollment application. Parents think the application is referring to the actual school district. See picture for possible modification.

Add custom dates and location assignment for user permissions
It would be helpful to be able to enter custom stop and stop dates for users with site assignments for Clerical Substitutes. We often have subs work at many sites during the week, If we could preload their schedules of access prior to the day of assignment, it would help streamline a daily process while only providing access to the site they are working on during a given timeframe.

Profile Page should default to user set viewing options
Profile Page should default to user-set viewing options. Currently, viewing options reset with each page change. This causes repeated and unnecessary keystrokes.

Attendance Letters - Options to sort attendance letters
Option to have letters be sorted in the same way at the school level vs district level batches. Currently, school level letters printed are sorted by student ID. District level is sorted by student last names.

Ability to set Contact Records Correspondence Language for Large Print or Braille
Hello, we are needing to tag specific parent contact records to receive their correspondence in Large Print or Braille and there is currently no way to code this in the CL fields.
The only workaround option I can think of is to possibly use a user code in the contact record to code this data, which can be queried, but it would be nice if this could be hard coded in the CL field to ensure that parents can read our correspondence when they have visual impairments.

Absent Work
Every time a student is absent it should mark it as Absent instead of missing in purple and does not affect the grade yet. The teacher can choose how many days till it becomes missing after the student comes back to school. The system already knows who is not at school so this should be easy. After the assignment is due it should then turn into missing assignment and affect the grade.

Mirroring suspension codes as entered when printing letters
When printing suspension or any discipline letter, Aeries organizes the codes in an Alpha then Numeric order. This disregards the severity of the offenses listed. We should be able to print the letters, mirroring the order that the offenses are entered into Aeries. Keeping what the school feels is the more severe actions on top.
Please allow this to be an option when printing discipline letters.
