  1. Inactivation Options

    Create a setup for Inactivation Options (like the No-Show Setup) that would allow certain STU.TG codes not to trigger it. Or, allow a STU.TG code to have an amount value that would not trigger the dialog. A code with this amount value code could then be used as a temporary inactivation (for example, to allow another school to add a concurrent enrollment when the District Setting "Students must be inactive at last school before enrollment at another school" is active) that would not remove classes from (or change the course attendance in) the original enrollment.

  3. make the lunch count field required for all of our K-5 sites

    Is it possible to make the lunch count field required for all of our K-5 sites? 
    I have checked our portal options and I see that we have the field enabled; however, I can't seen to figure out if there is a way to make this field required.

  4. Print Student Room/Section Listing Report Options - Add Counselor

    Please add the option to sort by Counselor to the Print Student Room/Section Listing Report Options. Our juvenile hall runs this report daily and they always have to run a Keep Query in order to print by Counselor.

  6. Google Integration - Allow changing OU

    Allow registrar to manually change students OU for Google based on OU structure already defined in Google on a per student basis. Illuminate had this ability so we did not have provide access to Google Admin. It could all be done through SIS.

  7. Make ATT, ENR, STU all pull AP1, AP2 from the same COD.

    It seems like some columns in STU are also used in ATT, ENR. Can they pull from the same COD since they basically mean the same thing in each? AP1, AP2, even TR,

  10. Option for single label from demographics page

    It would be very helpful to be able to have a print label option under the printer dropdown on the demographics page. It would be so useful in printing labels upon enrollment of a new student.

  12. Graduation Status and UC/CSU Eligibility Reports - Hide Upcoming Courses

    In the Student and Parent Portal the Graduation Status page, Graduation Status Report and UC and CSU Eligibility Reports list the upcoming scheduled courses when the Portal Options to Hide Scheduling Results from Parents and Students and the Hide Currently Scheduled Classes for Future Terms from Parent and Students are selected. Please update the page and reports to honor these Portal Options.

  13. One Roster & API include ClassCode field

    There is an optional ClassCode field in the Classes file that we can utilize to make it easier for teachers to identify their classes in other systems. If we could add just the section # MST.SE in this field that would be great. Everywhere else it is appended with other information (School code) and we want to have just the section #.

  16. Handling Course Requests for leaving students

    In order to manage Course Requests for students at the end of the year that we know will not be returning (but have already entered Course Requests), it would be helpful for either:

    1) When/if changing the STU.NS to 999, have a subsequent popup asking if you would like to delete all SSS records

    OR

    2) If STU.NS = 999, the SMS mass scheduling process should ignore or reject any SSS records related to that student

    This would be in the scenario you are using SMS to schedule for a future DB year and will help not having these students…

  17. Teacher Gradebook - Add Ability to Easily Recalculate GRD Grades

    We need the ability for teachers and admin users to be able to recalculate quarter or semester GRD grades after the grades have been initially posted by the teacher. For example, if a student turns in missing work and the teacher needs to adjust the grade, we'd like them to be able to make the changes to the assignment grades as usual but then just hit a button to recalculate and update the GRD grades instead of going through a multi-step/multi-screen process.

  18. Student name also listed on side of transcript

    Our sites would like the ability to also print the student's name on the lower right side of the transcript so that when they file it, they can easily read the student's name. Currently, they are printing a label and attaching it to the transcript which is time consuming.

  19. Add Green State Reporting Highlight to Adult Previous Indicator Field

    When a school has the Dropout Recovery Campus Option (OPT.NM) selected on the School Options Page the Adult Previous Indicator (SSD.APA) becomes visible on the Secondary Student Data Page and should be highlighted in green to indicate this is a State Reportable Field.

  20. Online Enrollment Pre-Enroll Uses Next Year's School Hi - Lo Grade to assign school

    Selecting pre enrollment during online enrollment assigns a school based on current hi-lo values. My idea is to add fields to LOC for next year's hi-lo grade for online enrollment to use when parent select pre-enrollment for the upcoming school year.
