Financial Statement add student ID
Add the Student ID to the Financial Statement report so we can use ParentSquare SecureDocs to mass email parents overdue notices.

allow teachers SBG entry for inactive students that were enrolled during the term
We have students who leave our district throughout the school year. Sometimes, the students leave a few days before the term ends. We would like to have grades entered so the students can take them to the next school. However, once the student is marked inactive, the student will disappear from the view of teachers. This requires that the grades be filled out by someone with admin/user access.

supplemental attendance class roster sort by grade
We would like an option to sort the students listed in this report by grade level.
We have a master list with over 100 students listed, but they are only ever listed by last name alphabetically. We would like an option to sort the students listed in the report by grade level. (This could be either a checkbox for all results, or a subset sorting option for certain sorting selections.

Add a button to authorize the secure transfer of enrollment records between Aeries schools in different districts
When a student is enrolled in an Aeries school and now wants to matriculate into another Aeries school (for instance, moving from a middle school to a high school in a different district), allow for a parent to authorize the secure transfer of their enrollment records and any other necessary data to the second school.
This would save the family from needing to go through re-enrollment again and having to upload the same set of documents they already provided to the first school.

MST Board - Option to Lock/Unlock Sorting
When working on future scheduling, I have admin users who need to keep the sorting options the same as they work through the courses/teachers.
It would be helpful to be able to lock/unlock the sort options so that they do not have to be reset each time the MST Board loads.

Add Exit Code 161 - Regular, non-discip transfer to public CA School - In District (LOCAL CODE ONLY - Mapped to T160) for students that are changing primary enrollments from Independent Study to regular high school.

GPA Widget and Notifications on IOS Aeries Parent’s app
Dear Reader,
I am constantly checking my grades. The amount of time I open Aeries everyday is absurd. It would save me much time, and be an amazing feature if there was a widget for you iOS app that told me my GPA. Additionally, it would be amazing if I could actually receive notifications from the Aeries app about new grades or other things which I could customize. On the online website I saw something about notifications, and allowed notifications, but it did not work.

Print Smarter Balanced Cards (SBAC) - CAASPP Report Options
Smarter Balanced Cards should have the Student ID Cards Reports options as well.
For example, I would like to Print the SBAC cards with the State ID, Student Picture, Student Grade, and Teacher.

Intervention - Categories available in Update Code Table
I believe some parts of pre-referral/intervention fields would benefit from using the category feature in the update code table which is not available now

Update Attendance and Enrollment Totals
To be able to utilize the Update Attendance and Enrollment Totals function with an option to choose a date range. For example by month (9/1/2023 to 9/30/2023) or by quarter or semester, etc. Not the standard month ADA ranges which overlap in months but true 30/31 days calendar months.

Create a Pop-Up/Alert for RFEP Students
I think it would be a good idea to have an alert or pop-up when there are upcoming or missing RFEP entries. This would allow the site ELPA to pull a report but also notify the teachers when entering their attendance that something is missing. Making sure reclassification data is accurate and timely will help ensure students are getting the support they need and the correct monitoring. This is a helpful alert to to stay on top of this special population.

Initialize Attendance / Course Attendance - Do Not Allow Mid Year
Request to not allow Attendance & Course Attendance to be initialized mid year or once ATT and CAR records already exist. Perhaps only Aeries admins can perform that function?
From my recollection, we had to remove all records in SQL in order to run the Initialize ATT & CAR a second time in the old Client days which was only performed prior to the 1st day of school.

Create Pre-Enrolled Students
Requesting an option to bypass students whose NG is greater than the high grade at their NS, or lower than the low grade at their NS.
I have found, for example, that students with NG=13 (current seniors) are included in the analysis list. Although new pre-enrolls are not created for these students, if the student has an inactive record at a prior school in the same school year, the record is converted to a pre-enroll.
These students should be excluded altogether.

Class Summary Gradebook format change when zoomed in 200%
Small thing, when teachers with poor eye sight zoom in on their browser (tested with chrome) 200% (yes they zoomed this much) the formatting adds a teacher field that says "Null". Can this be removed or add the teacher name?

Allow data overwriting in Import Data to Aeries
On the Import Data to Aeries page, allow attendance data to be overwritten by the imported attendance data in flex scheduling. Currently, if we mass upload tardy data into Aeries, it creates a duplicate section instead of overwriting the attendance code already entered.
